Beauty

  beauty is everywhere. people think of how a person looks when they hear the word "beauty".. but you need to think deeper than that.. because really, beauty is everywhere. i find beauty in how a person's eyes light up when they talk about something they're passionate about. i find beauty in the crunch a leaf makes when you step on it. there's beauty found in a birds tune, and there's beauty found behind every laugh. there's beauty behind every tear, because every tear is pure sincerity. and what's more beautiful than the human heart? the heart and mind are two very amazing things, and each and every day is a challenge for both. life is all about testing your limits. it's not really about how much you can handle, but h o w you handle everything. what's beautiful about that? if you think rationally and positively, you can handle anything.

get up and go walk outside.. breathe in the fresh, crisp, autumn air. turn your phone off, and go for a walk. there's so much more to life than the basics. forget about everything for a little while. just look. look around, look where you're at. the trees, the birds, the people walking around, the leafs falling.. everything is so much better than you think.. get out of your head, and just take it all in. you are beautiful, you are trying, you are doing great, you are healthy, and you ARE happy!
