Chapter 2

Maddie's POV

"Hi, I'm Jacob." He said with a small smile. He was so cute and he seemed so shy and awkward it was adorable. "Hi, nice to meet you, I'm Maddie" I said, starting to blush a tiny bit. The way he smiled at me and looked so sweet and shy was adorable.

I started to make some small talk with Jacob as the boys were all goofing off and catching up with each other. I definitely wanted to get to know Jacob more, he seemed like such a nice person.

"WE SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE!" Taylor yelled out. Everyone agreed, we were all kind of getting bored anyways. "Where should we go guys?" Carter asked. We were all shrugging not sure of what we wanted to do when Cameron said we should go to an arcade. Everyone seemed to like that idea so we all piled into the rental cars Magcon lets us use and made our way to the arcade.

I was riding with Jacob, Matt, and the Jacks. Gilinksy was driving and Johnson rode in the front, leaving me in between Jacob and Matt. We mostly just talked about Magcon and the fans and how excited we were until we finally got to the arcade.

I wanted to stick around Jacob so we started walking around together, playing random games and I was having so much fun with him. "Maddie, do you want to go for a walk somewhere with me?" Jacob asked. "Sure, sounds good" I said with a smile. He almost looked nervous and it was the cutest thing ever. We made our way out of the arcade, and started to walk towards a park nearby. We were mostly just making small talk when Jacob asked me if I was interested in any of the boys. "I mean, since there are already so many girls practically in love with the other guys, I was just curious to know if you would ever consider being with the any of them." He said suddenly becoming shy. "Haha I don't really know Jacob I met all of you guys today and I don't really know any of you that much to say." I responded with a giggle.

"I want to get to know you better." Jacob said. "Huh?" "I want to get to know you better, so I wanted to know if you ever wanted to like go on a date or something. You don't have to though, I know we just met." He said with a small smile, looking nervous as his face turned bright pink. I was giggling at how cute he was. "Sure Jacob I would love to go on a date with you." I said nudging him as you watched him look up with the biggest grin on his face. "Really?" He said. "Yes, but we should head back now, it's getting late and if they want to leave they are probably wondering where we are." I said starting to make your way back.

Jacob's POV

I can't believe this. She actually said yes. I thought she was going to reject me because of the fact that we just met, and she could probably go for any one of the guys she wanted, but she said yes to me. It's stupid I asked her without even knowing her for a day but I really wanted to get to know her before any of the other guys asked her out.

I was so excited and had this uncontrollable smile on my face and before I knew it we were back at the arcade, meeting up with the guys. "Hey bro, where did ya go?" Aaron was asking me. "Oh, me and Maddie were bored so we left and went for a walk around the park." I replied. "So you and Maddie eh?" I heard Taylor say as I whipped around to see Taylor and Dillon standing there. "Oh I don't know," I said blushing. "Right now we are just friends, but I asked her out on a date." I said, my face completely red now. "Cool dude, I ship it." Dillon said laughing. "Does Matt know about y'all?" Aaron asked, with a curious look on his face. "No not yet, I just asked her out and I don't even know if she'll actually like me yet." I said. And it was true. It's possible she just said yes because she didn't want to reject me after knowing each other for a day and having our relationship all awkward from now on. I mean we are going to be together a lot of the next couple of months.

"I don't know man, you should probably still talk to him before you take her out because not only is he protective over her, he'll be pissed if he finds out later or from someone else." Taylor said, as Aaron and Dillon nodded their heads in agreement. "Yeah, you're right, I have to find him and tell him. Thanks guys." I said and with that I left to go tell Matt.

What if he doesn't approve and wants me to call the date off? What if he gets mad at me?

Ugh this is going to suck.

Sorry for the delayed chapter. It's been a pretty busy week. I'm going to start trying updating twice a week, most likely on Thursdays and Sundays, but I'm not completely sure yet.
