What is your username?

A. EVOL_EHT

When did you join Wattpad? And for how long have you been writing (in general)?

A. I joined Wattpad in 2011, but I've been what I consider to be a literary fiction writer for about seven years.

What can you tell us about the current story you’re working on? Tell us a little about the plot and the characters in it?

A. In a single sentence it is about a teenage girl and how she deals with her problems, or more accurately how she doesn't. Emma, the main character, discovers she's pregnant, but she doesn't know how she got pregnant, she'd never had sex. She ignores her problems so much, her brain blocks out memories of entire events, and it leads to extreme memory problems. It's a very confusing read for the reader, given it's in 1st person of a character with such bad memory problems. Eventually she is able to remember she was raped, and from then on she tries to come to terms with it, and cope with it without repressing it again.

Why do you think the readers should read your story (mention the factors which will be appealing to the readers)?

A. I think readers who are want a book they're going to throw at the wall at the end would love this. Readers who like a real story where the character has a mental illness and has no resolution at the end of the book would also like it. I think readers who want to read something different should read it, and readers who are okay with being confused the entire book should enjoy it. I think the best appeal, to me, would be the utter reality portrayed.

Which is your favorite character, in the current story you are working on?

A. My favorite character is Nicole, Emma's sister. In a book meant to be confusing and utterly tragic, she is something solid for me to hook onto, and the comical relief as well. It get's tiresome writing from the point of view of someone so self-absorbed and depressed this entire book only has five to ten characters, maybe even less.

How many stories have you posted on Wattpad (excluding short stories)?

A. On this account, I currently have two things posted, a collection of short stories, and a novellete. On a joint account I have one more I co-wrote with my then roommate. I'm going to be posting a complete novella as soon as it's done being edited, and two works in progress, one of which is the one described above.

Can you tell us about your other stories, any two other stories that you are working on?

A. In addition to the one described above, I've started a two book series about a teenage girl who mentally snaps after a horrible break-up, triggering a mental illness. It follows her roller coaster of violence, rage and depression in the first book, and the second book she tries to get her ex-girlfriend back, even though it's been three years since they broke up, she tries to pass high school which she's failing, and she's also attempting to get her sanity back.

Do you offer critiques to other users? If you have offered a critique, mention that story?

A. I've tried to in the past, but life always got in the way and I was unable to complete the critiques.

Do you write for yourself or for the readers?

A. Myself first, readers... meh. Writing is more than a hobby for me, it's a coping skill, and it's the only thing I want to do in the world, for myself. Yeah, it's nice to have readers, but more so to share what I think are great stories that you can get something out of, and for feedback on how I could improve.

Describe yourself in ten words.

A. Narcassitic, Unstable, Snarky, Blunt Heartless, Selfish, Bossy, Morbid, Bird-lover, Depressed
