Tick Tock.... Tick Tock.... Tick Tock. I hated the waiting. The waiting for him to return felt like it was going to devour me whole. I sat on my bed feeling the anxious feeling of wanting to be with him. I wanted to feel his touch on my skin. The searing heat radiating off his body, and the long strong arms holding me close. I got up and paced back and forth around my room. I knew he was a monster, and I knew humans were his food. Children specifically. When I found out I felt my heart nearly stop, and fear course through my veins. I remember the child's scream, and how they reached out to me to help them. I couldn't. I would end up like them if I did. I would float. I would float just like them.
A creaking sound of my bedroom door opening snapped me from my thoughts. "Y/N..." He stepped in. In his human form. His dark hair and chiseled features made my heart skip a beat. He was beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. His blue eyes raked over my form, and a smile spread across his face. I offered a small smile and noticed a difference in his behavior. He was hiding something behind his back. I raised a brow questioningly and he bit his lip and stepped closer slowly. "I brought something for you dear." He said smoothly, and I felt a shiver run over me. He pulled out a bouquet of flowers and an envelope. I took the flowers and inhaled the nice aroma. "Open the envelope." He said while running a hand through my h/l h/c hair and lightly running his thumb over my lips.
I opened the envelope and inside was a train ticket. "A train ticket? Why Bill?" He let out a sigh and sat on my bed and grabbed my hand making me sit next to him. "I'm giving you an out here Y/N." My mouth slowly opened in shock. I stared at him for a moment and then at the ticket. I felt him wrap his arm around my waist and pull me close to him. I leaned into him, and thoughts were racing through my mind.
"Think carefully. No need to rush and make a decision tonight." He chuckled. I forgot he could read minds. I'm sure my thoughts sounded like a crazy frenzy. I looked up at him and kissed him gently. I felt him tense a bit at the sudden action. I pulled away and stood up. "I have to put these in water." I motioned to the flowers and walked out of my room. I heard him following right behind me. "If you leave I won't be angry. I won't hunt you down. I just want you to live your life. Be happy." He said as we walked down the stairs and into the kitchen. "I understand." I said while rummaging through the cabinets to find a vase. I could feel his eyes on me with every move I made.
I heard him pull out a chair and sit. "Damn it. Just say what you are feeling. I just want to know if you would like to leave Derry. You could find a nice guy, settle down, and have a life." I arranged the flowers in the vase and added water. I let out a sigh and turned to face him. "I would like to leave. However, I don't want to leave you Bill."
As soon as those words left my lips he slammed his fists on the table. "I KNOW THAT FUCK! WHY ARE YOU MAKING THIS SO FUCKING HARD! I'M A MURDERER. I EAT KIDS. HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU WANT TO STAY WITH ME!?" I felt my blood boil. "BILL, WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS. I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU OKAY! IS IT THAT HARD TO GET IT? SERIOUSLY?" His eyes widened, and silence filled the air.
I walked over to him and sat on his lap. I felt him immediately wrap his arms around me. "I think I love you as well. It's strange. To feel this." I kissed his forehead. "I'm not leaving Derry. I want to stay with you. I want you to be the one that makes love to me. I want you Bill. Only you." He gazed into my eyes and a smile spread on his face. He kissed me all over my face and down my neck while leaving light bites. I giggled, and I felt his hands roam all over my body. "Mine. All mine." He said in a deep and rough voice.
