The first thing I noticed about my new 'mum' was how extremely emotionless her face was. I don't mean that she was boring or dull but simply because she had so much Botox that her face couldn't show any emotion even if it tried. Her shoes were just as emotionless as her face since they were any wanna be wags first pick when it comes to meeting your future husbands kids. To say she looked like a perfect mum was like saying dogs and sharks are really quite similar. The only reason my dad could have wanted to marry her is that she is quite 'hot' as most men would say. She is tanned, tall, skinny and pretty but is anything else a total fake. I mean come on that flawless silky brown hair didn't colour or grow itself on its own? Yet I guess my dad attracts these types of women considering he is a footballer, and quite a good one at that.

When I meet someone for the first time and I tell them my dads a professional footballer player they either say "Omg you must be like loaded!" "Bet your on every sports team?" "Does that make your mum a wag?" The answer to all those questions is no, apart from the fact that we do get a lot of money during the football season but money is tight during the rest of the year since dad has these girlfriends who use all his money on designer handbags and plastic surgery.

I happen to be on none of the sports teams as I am one of those girls who would rather be inside than getting muddy on a sports field. My two brothers are the best footballers I know, apart from dad of course, they are put in literally every games match from athletics to hockey and football to swimming, name a sport and I can guarantee that they would be number one at it.

You also may think that since I am a celebrities daughter that I would be popular and cool and equally smart, in reality I am none of those.

My name is Olivia Lucason, I am sixteen years old and completely and utterly not cool. I watch Merlin for a start and at the school I go to, is completely unacceptable. I wear what I like, if it reflects who I am and it suits me then who cares what anyone else thinks. I work hard and keep my head down but if you get to know me then you will soon find out that I am totally bonkers. Probably the main reason that I am not popular is that no one really knows that I am Eddie Lucason's daughter. It's not that I haven't ever told anyone, cause I wouldn't lie and say I wasn't, but no one as ever really asked me. And if they did they weren't cool or popular enough for everyone to know. Probably the only people who know who I am are my best friends Katie and George. Katie is that overly bubbly and cheerful girl who is always polite and kind, but a total gossiper. George, who Katie and I both suspect to be gay, in one word is fabulous. Both Katie and George think it is hilarious that no one knows who my dad or my brothers are. As both my brothers are extremely popular at my school and are what the it girls would call "Sex gods" but hey being their sister all I see them as is overconfident, annoyingly strong and agonisingly good at everything.

"Olivia, meet Julia." My dad said giving me that 'if you don't behave I will kick your ass' look.

My brothers happened to be at some sort of sports training, no surprise there, so they weren't able to be there to witness my fake smiling and a forced "Nice to meet you too, what lovely skin tone you have, do you use anti wrinkle cream cause your skin sure looks flawless." I said before I even realised the words had come out of my mouth. I think she was probably thinking that I thought she was really old and used the sun beds, which in fact was entirely true.

"Err thanks Olivia." Julia smiled giving a momentary glance at my dad. "Eddie, darling maybe we should wait until the boys get back and we can have a proper greeting, I'm sure Olivia has some work she could be getting on with." She gave me that smile again.

"Actually I don't because it's a Monday and Mr Jefferson can't give us homework on Monday because..." I started.

"Right, thanks for that Olivia, why don't you go and text those strange friends of yours about...what even you talk about." My dad said pushing me through the door.

I walked into the kitchen and sat at the table. I took my phone out and replied to Katie's text.

'Sooooo what is she like, is she prettier than the last, or is she just another wag. Please don't tell me you said one of your infamous 'Is your skin naturally that Orange, or did you come from Orange County?? Xoxo'

I replied with

'She is a fake wag, probably one of worst. No, I didn't mention orange but I may have said how nice her skin tone was and whether she used anti wrinkle cream ;) xoxo'

Suddenly the back door was flung open which was immediately followed by the stench of sweaty boys.

"Hey olive." Jason said ruffling my hair. I shot a dirty look at him.

"She's here isn't she." Caleb asked knowingly. I didn't even have to reply for them to start laughing.

"That bad was she?" Jason asked. I nodded,

"Whorrendous! See what I did there." I said laughing at my own joke, "Urgh why does dad pick such annoying women to marry, this one had better be a short term one. Remember the one that lasted over two years, I wanted to move out by the end of it!" I replied, my brothers laughed.

"Come on give her a chance, you never know she might actually be nice." Caleb reassured.

"Nice! How is it even possible for one of dad's finances to be nice! They all scheming, jealous little things. And trust me, not a single one has even liked me, and dad's current fling already doesn't like me. I asked her if she used anti wrinkle cream for gods sake. It's not my fault, just because dad is a legendary footballer doesn't mean he can pick these sorts of women." I ranted

"Your so funny, liv, but just stay out of the way and she will stay out of yours." Jason said.

"Well that's gonna be pretty hard considering she is gonna be living with us!"
