I was confused when I saw the beauty of how God created this man. By just looking I could tell he's everything a woman would hope for. He was tall in his uniform of army, with a smile that could take your heart to the next level. Yet I was afraid to go over and exchange a few words.
I was confused then encouraged by my mom to go over and talk to him, to get some information on my career of choice. I did so.
"Hey excuse me" I said asking for a moment of his time. He then walk over to where I stand and request the moment of his time.
"Good afternoon" I then said as he answered with the same response. I started talking. "I wanted to ask you if I was able to join the Jamaica Defense Force" I announced, as he requires to know my height. "Yes I think so but how tall are you" he asked slightly smiling. Which allows me to not keep my eyes off him. I then told him am going to find out and let him by notified of it. I sneakily turn and went back to my mom. Telling her what Mr.Robinson told me.
Mother then brought me across the road to where a doctor has his office to check my height. When I checked I was 5ft 1Inc. I then went back to the soldier and told him but to seek that he was no longer were I saw him at first. Mom sight him, "psssst" he look ask mom whispered through the wind at him, he look as she juggles he fingers to call him over.
When he came I told him my height. He then said he was going to asked a friend of his when he go back to camp and notify me about it.
He then gave me his number so I would be able to call him and find out my request.
