The fire crackled as the Amethyst-eyed thief gently tore the skin off of his latest catch, a long legged-Baladi rabbit. "Are you really going to eat that?" A feminine voice questioned, almost with a tinge of disguist.
"Of course, whatever it takes to survive in these lands, M'lady." His voice was neutral, yet husky... As if the constant sand was in his lungs. "Times are getting harder."

His silvery locks billowed over his bronze skin, which was decorated with scars. Each had a story, a past.

The thief looked off into the clear night. The position of the waning moon hinted that the sun would be rising in the coming hours.

He draped his satin robe over his female companion's shoulders, and kissed her on the forehead.

"Do you know what they call a baby bunny?"
"No.."
"A kitten."
