{it's short....sorry! also i published this before but for some reason, it unpublished, so, yeah....}

zacky's pov

he who makes a beast of himself, gets rid of the pain of being a man - dr. johnson.

"zachary baker is your name?" a man with black hair, black eyeshadow, and a bunch of tattoos was questioning me.

"yes." i nodded my head.

"well now it's zacky vengeance, enjoy your stay here." the man winked.

"uhm....okay....?" i turned on my heals and went to exit the building i was in.

the man grabbed my arm and pulled me back, spinning me around to face him.

"oh and by the way, you'll be seeing me a lot, so, if anything, my name is synyster gates, syn with a y not a i, but anyways, just call me syn...."

"o-okay....syn...." i quickly ran out of the building.

i heard little squeaks and looked up to see what was making the noises.

"ah, shit!" i shrieked as a swarm of bats attacked me.

"ha! yo! shadows!" some guy called for his friend, well, i was assuming his friend.

"what's up, rev?" the "shadows" guy responded.

"look at this fucking loser!" the "rev" person laughed.

"welp, you know he's new to the country....you better help him out there."

rev let out a sigh "alright, but your doing it next time."

"whatever." shadows huffed.

i heard a whistle....kinda like a dog whistle and the bats were gone.

"jesus christ! what the hell was that?" i brushed my shirt off.

"it's our country's way of knowing that someone is special.... shadows spoke up "or-or talented...."

"so anyway, that's m shadows, the president of this country and i'm the rev, the vice president, and you are....?" the rev said.

"i-i'm zachary b-"

"your new name." the rev cut me off.

"o-oh....r-right....zacky vengeance...."

"i'm assuming syn gave you that name?" shadows smiled. {when m smiles and his dimples show, it's so adorable 😝}

i nodded my head 'yes'.

"well, we'll probably see you later....bye!" shadows and the rev said in unison.

they walked away and the rev was flipping me off the whole time, for some reason.

i let out a sigh and made my way to the apartment i was gonna be staying at....most likely for the rest of my natural life.... {lol bad a7x reference, i won't be surprised if you don't get the reference or know what i'm even talking about :P}
