Lima, Peru
Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo
Harry's POV
We had just arrived at Peru's hospital which the injured fans were staying at. As far as I knew, they weren't expecting our visit. I just hope that they'll be happy to see us as we are to them. I could feel the nervous tension around the lads and I. We had went over what we were going to say to the fans once we met them but I forget everything that was discussed.
The five of us, plus Paul, entered through the hospital doors. Paul chatted with the receptionist and after they both gave each other a quick nod, Paul guided us through the busy hospital.
"She said that they're scattered all over the hospital. There's going to be a lot of walking and I'm no GPS so there's definitely going to be extra walking." Paul said to us as we walked down the halls.
"Which room is first?" I asked him.
Paul looked down at his list, stopped walking, and pointed to the nearest door on our left. "This one right here."
I gulped, not knowing what to do. What if they're mad at us for making this happen to them? I hate seeing our fans upset but I also hate losing them. They're the reason we're here and I don't want any harm to come to them.
Paul rolled his eyes and said, "Well if none of you cowards are going to knock, then I guess I will." he gave the door a hard, but not enough to startle, knock.
"Un minuto!" I heard a younger girl yelled. We turned to Niall with a confused look on our faces and he rolled his eyes. "It means one minute. C'mon guys! That's your basic Spanish right there!"
I could tell Louis was about to say some smart-ass comment but the door squeaked open, breaking our conversation. We turned to see a small girl with dark hair and olive skin. She looked to be around 10 or 11 years old. Her eyes widened when she saw us and she opened the door further.
"Es One Direction! Mamá, es de One Direction!" the girl squealed in Spanish. I smiled at her happiness. An older woman, I'm assuming her mother, came to the door.
"Oh, please come in!" the woman said with a strong accent. I'm glad that she speaks English. Niall hasn't spoken Spanish in years so who knows how well he can translate.
"I'll wait outside." Paul whispered so only we could hear. We nodded and entered the girl's hospital room. The walls were a light blue and there was an itchy-looking quilt on the bed.
The girl seemed a bit jumpy and happy to see us. I was glad. I just hope she doesn't blame us for everything that happened to her. Even though, in a way, it was our faults...
"No puedo creer que estés aquí! Estoy muy feliz! Os quiero a todos mucho!" the girl spoke quickly with a grand smile in her little round face.
We turned to Niall but he avoided our eyes. He hates when we ask him to translate.
The woman shifted in her chair and translated the girl for us. "She can't believe you all are here. She's very happy and she loves you all."
The lads and I nodded in understandment and smiled at the two. "What is your name?" Liam asked the little girl.
She looked to the woman and the woman said, "Nombre?"
"Oh, me llamo Mía." she smiled brightly. "Este es mi tía Camila."
"She says that's her Aunt Camila." Niall explained to us, referring to the woman.
"Hola Mía y Camila." I greeted them with a handshake to Camila and a hug to Mía which I could tell brightened her day. I don't speak Spanish but I've picked up a few things from Niall and our trusty ol' Spanish dictionary. I've learned that 'hola' is hello (who doesn't know that?) and instead of saying 'and' they say 'y'.
