Hello fellow cats.
I may know a few things about cyber bullying and just regular bullying.
I have been a victim of some of these things and I know that you all have or will have an experience related to the subject.
Now let's be honest.

I have been a cyber bully before without really thinking about it and not knowing I was really hurting someone.
Pathetic right?

Well let's just say that , that might be the case for  people that actually have cyber bullied.
The may not have really realized what the heck they were really doing and were just being dumb about it or just not thinking through what they say.
Sometimes cyber bullies actually just say the first thing that comes to mind.

And if you think that maybe you have cyber bullied, reflect on it.
Think to yourself the next time you communicate on a device.
"Would this possibly hurt the person?"
Or "Should I put a 😂😂👍 to show that I'm just kidding?"

Don't just say the first thing that comes to mind when in a situation.
Think about the person and how sensitive they may be and apply that into your thinking.

Now I'm just talking about unintentional bullies.

But of course we all know that there are people that intentionally want to hurt us.

On November 7th 2017 I was on Tumblr. someone posted an extremely long and extremely cold hearted rude note to another fellow Tumblr user.

They said things like.
"Everybody on Tumblr pretends that they like you but they really hate you so oh should just kill your self,"
(That's not the exact thing they said but they said something very similar)

They said many other hurtful things and made me feel really bad for the victim.

And just so you know.
People in my school boundaries have killed themselves  because of bullies and jerks.
And let me tell you, they feel super bad and guilty afterwards.
It is a very touchy subject but it's true.

Do you want to make people's life so much worse that they kill them self?
I wouldn't think so, it really does happen and it's not pretty at all.

Also, to bring back the Tumblr scene.
The victim took these insults and offenses extremely well.
They just said things like,
"Well if you feel that way than that's your opinion and I won't let that bring me down, because I know your wrong."
(Again not the exact words)

People! If you can learn to not be offended by these cyber bullies like the Tumblr person was, then that will make a big difference.

Even if you are hurt by them just don't show the person
that you are hurt or they will probably try to keep going.

So please just don't listen to them and never let bullies ever bring you down.

Don't be a bully.
And be an ally and stand up for what is right.
We can do it.
