Every school has the drama geeks, the nerds, the emos, and that one super positive person , but usually they aren't friends . Virgil Anxiety Sanders was the schools emo, Patton Sanders (no relation) was the super sweet positive one, Logan Sanderson was the nerd, and Roman Prince was the drama geek. They were a...unique group of friends. Patton was very fatherly to Roman and Virgil called them both kiddo. Patton showed the most interest in Logan though even though he found Patton annoying and didn't get his jokes. Virgil and Roman had an off and on relationship, sometimes they seemed like the closet friends and other times they acted like complete enemies. Patton bounced in his seat next to Virgil, who had his head down resting on his folded arms. Logan sat next to Roman in front of Patton and Virgil reading a book on astronomy. Roman turned around in his seat to face Virgil. "Cheer up cloud of gloom." Virgil just stuck his tongue out in response. Logan put his book down and Roman faced forward as the teacher became to speak. "I want all of you to write an essay." She began. "Easy." Logan said quietly. "On emotions." She finished. "Uh-oh feelings." Logan said confidence in his intelligence fading. Virgil slowly rose his hand. "Yes Virgil?" Mrs. ( ) called. "Can we do it on one emotion alone?" He asked. She sighed before answering "yes." Good because he planned in writing his about sadness. Now it was Roman who was raising his hand. "Yes Roman?"
"Is Romance an emotion?" He questioned . "Uh try using Love instead." She answered. Roman smiled, he could do this. "I don't know emotions. I'm going to fail, I'm going to fail for the first time in my life." Logan stressed. "Oh don't worry Lo! Try doing the science behind emotions and I can always help, I'm great with emotions!" Patton replied. Logan smiled a little feeling relived. "Thank you Patton." He said before turning back forward and taking notes. (Insert logical emotion stuff) The bell rang signifying that class was over. Virgil groaned. He had science with Roman next. "Could you be anymore positive?" Roman asked sarcastically earning another groan and eye roll from Virgil. Today was going to be a long day.It was the middle of class and Virgil had noticed that Romans stole/chair was wobbly. An idea formed in his head. Virgil kicked the legs of the stile causing it along with Roman to topple over. The class irrupted with laughter, even the teacher let out a small giggle. Roman blushed in embarrassment before getting up and dusting himself off. "What was that for?" He asked. Virgil just shrugged a smirk playing on his lips. Roman picked up his stole and for the rest of class didn't even look at Virgil.
