Selenas POV:

“Today was so much fun babe.” I said as he helped me get on the boat.

He smiled at me and placed a kiss on my cheek. I walked down to the cabin to change as Justin talked to the captain again. I put on a knee length dress with some flats. I put on some hoop earrings and fixed my makeup. Just as I was finshing up I heard footsteps coming into the cabin.

I turned and saw Justin there pulling off his shirt about to change as well.

“You look amazing.” He said as he looked me up and down “Go upstairs to the back of the boat and I’ll be right there.” He said with a wink.

I didn’t protest because I knew he had something special planned for tonight since it was our last night alone. I walked up the stairs and out on to the back end of the boat and saw a small round table with candles and two plates. The scenery behind the dinner was gorgeous. The moon was right above us with millions of stars in perfect sight.

I sat down and looked around still just amazed.

“Hungry?” Justin asked and I jumped surprised.

“I could eat.” I said with a smile.

He sat down in front of me and a waiter came with our appetizer, avocado dip.

“So how do you think the movies coming along babe?” I asked as I shoved some dip in my mouth.

“Good I guess. But like I said, it’s just hard. It’s hard being all lovey dovey with girls I don’t love. Or with Rachel, I don’t even like her.” He admited.

“I know, but just think of… think of me.” I said with a smirk.

“That’s funny, that’s what Alex told me to do.” He said as he avoided eye contact. That was weird. But I tried to keep the conversation going.

Justins POV:

Dinner was beautiful and nice. I tried to buy Selena something but I couldn’t find anything she doesn’t have or that I haven’t already given her, so I planned the only thing I could think of that I haven’t done yet. If I didn’t propose in NYC I would propose now because everything’s just so perfect.

“So what now.” She asks as she puts her silverwear down and wipes her mouth.

“Sit on the edge of the boat with me.” I said standing up and taking her hand.

We walked over to the railing and we both took our shoes and swung our feet over the edge of the boat holding hands.

“I love you Justin.” Selena said looking out over the ocean.

“I love you too babe.” I said with a smile and I felt her tighten her grip on my hand.

“No I mean, I really love you Justin. I could never picture myself being with anyone else or even caring for anyone else as much as I care about you.” She said sincerly.

“Selena Marie Gomez we are going to be spending the rest of our lives together. You think I don’t feel the same way?”

“I know you do, but I just want to make sure you know how much I care about you babe.”

Just as I leaned in to kiss Selena our lips met and the captin started playing the music I asked him to an hour and a half into our date. I stood up and stuck out my hand.

“Dance with me.” I asked her with a smile.

She was smiling from ear to ear as she placed her hand in mine “Of course.”

We stood up and started dancing together. I pulled Selena close to me and placed my hand on her lower back. She moved her hips back and forth to the music. She pulled away still holding onto my hand as she twirled back into my arms. She was spinning too fast though and we both lost our footing falling on the deck.

We sat there laughing for a few seconds till I wrapped my arms around her holding her close against me. I knew it’d only be a couple of seconds before my last surprise was going to happen.

Selenas POV:

Me and Justin sat on the deck of the boat laughing at how clumsy we were. Even though it was really just me who was clumsy. When we finally stopped laughing he wrapped his arms around me and we looked out across the ocean. I rested my head on his shoulder and he kissed the top of my forehead.

“Forever—” He whispered.

“Isn’t long enough.” I finished. As i turned my head to kiss his lips I noticed a huge smile on his face “What are you all smiles about?” I asked. I heard a quite  bang but nothing to alarm me.

“Look.” He said as he pointed to the sky.

I looked in the direction he pointed at and in a few seconds a fire work went off in the sky. I turned my head back to face Justin “Did you do this?”

“Yea. This time I did.” He laughed and tightened his grip on me and we watched as the fire works kept lighting up the sky.

-

“Thank you!” Me and Justin said in unison to the crew on the boat as we hopped on the dock and walked over to our car.

“Those heart shaped fireworks were my favorite.”  I said as I held Justin’s hand to the car.

“So what are we going to do now? Your flight will be here in 9 hours.” He said as he opened the car door for me.

“Hang out, pull an all nighter? Please.” I asked with a puppy dog look.

“If that’s what you want babe.” Justin laughed as he started to drive away.
