Clannad After the After Story

( Hello people! I hope you enjoy the first chapter of my first story. I hope to continue this story along with others soon. But until then, sorry if I am not very good at this :/ bye for now =^•^=)

Ushio's POV
I put my shoes on and ran out of my room. Mommy greeted me with a big hug.
Today is my birthday and I am going to play in with Fu-Chan. I am really excited because I love Fu-Chan.
"Ushio, here is your present," said mommy handing me a white box with a red ribbon tied up into a bow on the top.
Daddy walked in with a big yawn. "Happy birthday, Ushio," he said mid yawn. That made me giggle.
I pulled the ribbon and opened to box. Inside was another small dango plush, a felt dango hat, and a dango family t-shirt.
"I love it so much! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I giggled again.

Tomoya's POV
Ushio is now ten. That means ten years since that horrible nightmare. I know that it was only a dream but it seemed so real...
I never told Nagisa about it, even though I never stopped thinking about. It makes me feel like where I am now is just a dream and the nightmare was reality.
Losing them was hard on me even if it didn't happen.
I want to tell them about my dream. I want them to know what has been on my mind since Ushio was born. The nightmare that I went through for it to seem like nothing happened.
But when should I tell them, I don't want to ruin Ushio's birthday, but I want to tell them today.
"Daddy?" Ushio called out. Did I zone out again?
"Sorry, Ushio, daddy was just thinking."
