Don't be mean
Do not leave any hate on any books, any accounts,any etc.

Your favorite TV show
Comment your favorite TV show on the anything else slot in the forms (next chapter) where I can see you read the rules

Fill out the form completely
If you do not fill out the form completely I will hit accept you, the only exception is the slits with the '*' next to them

I have the right to decline you
If you don't already know I have a right to decline your form, it's probably not going to happen but I still have a right.
