WYM Love?

He was a typical popular high school boy. He played with any girl's heart he could get his hands on. Then, he played with Miracle's. And his whole life changed.

 Miracle and Joshua had been going out for a month. All of Joshua's friends knew that after a month, he always let them go.

 Josh was determined to keep his reputation, considering it wasn't very hard for him, anways. The day he was going to do it, he and Miracle were walking around the courtyard. 

 "Josh, is it true?" She asked suddenly. 

 "Is what true?" He asked in return, praying silently that she wouldn't ask.

 "That you always break up with your girlfriend's after one month?" 

He sighed. Of course she wouldn't know. She was new.

 "No. Of course not." He answered and she sighed in relief.

 They kept walking and talking, and then they had to go back in for class. He kissed her and said, "Bye, Miracle." 

She looked confused. "Bye? We have the rest of the day together."

He shook his head. "I lied. It's over." Then he walked right past her, going straight to his desk.

Miracle walked in, crying. All the girls looked at her, then at Josh. Instantly, everyone knew what happened. Josh had definitely kept his reputation.

The next day, Miracle didn't speak to him. Usually, his ex becomes his friend the next day, but Josh knew Miracle was different. And he actually felt guilty about what he did.

"Miracle? I'm sorry." He whispered to her in Homeroom, but Miracle wasn't listening.

She was busy talking to someone else, and she didn't even glance over at Josh.

Later, Josh's best friend, Javier, saw him crying in the bathroom. "Dude, you alright?"

Josh shook his head. "I just realized that you were right. I really did love Miracle. She was different, and I waited too long to notice I ACTUALLY loved her. I didn't want to play her, but I did to keep a popular reputation. I need her back." He walked out and tried to talk to Miracle all day. But it was too late.....

And he knew it.
