Hannahs POV
i stare right at my room mates face,as she sat in our apartment.It had only been a month since we moved in together. I barly knew anything abot the girlother than her moms some sort of model and her dadsa famous actor.So she was just pretty much just rich and spoilt. i always wondered why she accepted my ad for a new room mate,but i dont ask quetions because she helps get the rent paid. I studied heras she sat on the latest iphone.she was on her instagram page uploading pictures ,Then she glanced up.
"is there something you need" she askes as i glance down at my book in my lap.
"oh nothing elizabeth, just daydreaming i guess" i smile and continued reading my harry potter book.
I glance up at elizabeth one more time,she was absolutly stunning.She was the kind of girl that would make everyone in the same room stop and stare for a while.And me... well im just plain hannah. I looked at her expensive skinny jeans that she had on,then glanced down at my black sweat pants well, not everyone can be born rich. i continued to read my book while elizabeth stayed on her iphone.
In two days itll be my first day in harvy newton college. Elizabeth has lived in calafornia. Her dad paid her into this school, and im here on a scholarship. i look over at her once more.
"Do you need anything from the store" i asked while i grab my hoodie.
"No i have everything i need" she said while she snacked on her low carb chips.
"Ok then ... i am off." i say asd i walk out our apartment door.
I walk down the hot california streets, I was shocked at how humid it was. I still have not gotten used to this calorfonia air. I pulled off my hoodie as i walk into the gas station. I smile at the guy at the counter then walk down the aisle i need to go down. i grab a bag of chips and a can of soda then went back to the man at the counter.
"hayy jake " i smile once again.
"hayy hannah' he smiles back
jacob was a good friend of mine, he was one of the first people i met went i came to cali.he works here at the gas station and i usually see him here.
"still crushing on my roomate"i giggled
"shut up... no...maybe...well kinda"he said blushing,
'Im telling you she only likes guys for one thing" i sigh and look at him
"sex?" we both start cracking up.
"well maybe 2 things sex, and money"
i give jacob a hug then head towards the apartment.
