Luk was sound asleep. She just lay there much the way she did when she ran away from Hunter.
No matter how many nights and days Lexi does this and regrets everything she put Hunter through, if he dies, she'll be a murderer and if he pulls through, he'll hate her, and that was a fact.
Finally, Lexi can no long keep her eyes open and sleep takes over.
Oh well, she thought, this will help. And with that she fell asleep.

"Lexi, Hunter's dead," Luk told her.
"What? No," she replied.
"I'm so sorry." He grabbed her hand and lead her back to town. Out. Of the woods and out of hiding back to Hunter's body. And she was the one who did it.

Lexi's eyes popped open. She look over at Luk who was still asleep.
Relief flooded over her. Hunter wasn't dead.

Sorry I haven't updated in a long time. I started a new book and I'm helping my friend NovemberRain2000 write her book. Check it out its called "The Lost Dog". It's really good.
I've also been busy with school. (Haha not really).
I was actually going to abandon this book but my friends were pestering me. It's quite annoying :P.
I'll try and update quicker and make longer chapters.
