The Sorting Hat

Note: Since Toby was 2 in 1986, it is now 1996. Therefore, the events of the Harry Potter novels have not yet happened.

After the long boat ride to Hogwarts castle, Toby finally arrived. He eagerly awaited his turn to be sorting by the sorting hat.
As the sorting hat was placed upon his head, Toby could hear its mumblings, "Hmm let's see... Well let's just look in your memor- oh. Oh no. No. NOOOOOOOOO!" The sorting hat let out a loud yell and fell to the floor. Everyone stood up to see what was happening. The ceiling started to thunder as a shadow of a man appeared on it.

A melodious voice bellowed out, "Live without the sunlight," A deep bass sound roars throughout the castle, "Love without your heartbeat...". Professor Snape bursts in the door. Suddenly, everything stops and all eyes are on him.
A whisper, only audible to Snape, recants, "I can't live... within... you..."
