Chapter 11

Sakura made breakfast for the entire Akatsuki with Hidan helping her the next morning. Turned out cooking was fun to him. He kept burning himself but he had fun with Sakura. It also gave him an excuse to be with her.

It was then the smell of food filtered through the hideout getting the attention of everyone drawing them out of their rooms to the dining room. They all let ghostly smiles dance on their lips as they saw the spread of food and Sakura sitting down waiting for their arrival.

"Hey guys. Take a seat and start eating!" She said as Hidan and Konan took the seats next to her.

Everyone nodded and sat in their places to eat. It was then Sakura got up from the table and left with a smile. Nagato noticed two extra places at the table and the others were wondering who they were for. They got their answer when Orochimaru and Sai walked into the room with a smiling Sakura.

"I hope you guys don't mind but I invited Sai and Orochimaru." She said with a close eyed smile.

The others shook their heads and they took their places at the table. Everyone conversed and it was actually peaceful. The Akatsuki members never thought they would be eating with Orochimaru again. It was weird for Nagato but he shrugged it off. As long as Sakura was happy everyone was, including him.

"I have a proposition for you Nagato-sama and Yahiko-sama," Sai said suddenly.

Everyone looked to him in wonder and some suspicion.

"I don't want us to have to fight. How about we go back to Konoha and you make a treaty or alliance with us?" he asked.

They all looked at him in surprise. All of a sudden Sakura threw herself at him.

"That's a great idea Sai! Why didn't I think of that?" Sakura exclaimed with a smile.

"That could work actually..." Yahiko said as he looked to Sai in slight surprise.

"It could work? It will work!" Sakura yelled. "They want me back badly right?"

Sai nodded.

"More than anything in the world..." he said.

"If we do this they can have their wish. They will be able to visit even if I won't enjoy it but there will be peace!" She said happily.

"I could also make a treaty with Tsunade so I can walk free," Orochimaru said.

Sakura unhooked herself from Sai and hugged him squealing. Orochimaru laughed slightly and shook his head.

"You are so much like your mother you've no idea..." he mumbled.

"I know!" Sakura said with a smile.

Orochimaru shook his head slightly.

"When should we do it?" Sakura asked.

"I say the sooner the better," Sai said in his usual monotone voice.

"I agree," Nagato and Orochimaru said simultaneously.

Sakura giggled as the two looked at each other in slight shock.

"That hasn't happened before," they said together again.

"Okay that needs to stop," Yahiko said as Sakura full out laughed.

Everyone smiled at her laugh and Orochimaru chuckled.

"All right then, how about we do it after breakfast or would you rather after lunch?" Sakura asked. "Oh and I found out about this jutsu from Masuda than can transport us anywhere we want by me just thinking of it or a person."
