-Physics class-
“Okay, class. Let’s start the discussion. Mr. Choi, stand up and define Gravitational Force.” Our physics professor called to my good-at-everything ex.
I actually wanted to call him good-for-nothing but that would be an obvious lie with evidence.
“Gravitational Force is an attractive force existing between two bodies.”
“Good to put your definition simply since your classmates are not as smart as you.” She complemented. “Let’s proceed. Ms. Jung, what is the formula in finding gravitational force or Fg?”
I stood up at the mention of my name.
“Fg is equal to G times m1 times m2all over d2, where: G is the proportionality constant equal to 6.67 times 10 raised to negative 11 Newton meter squared per kilogram squared, m1 is the mass of the first body, m2 is the mass of the second body and d is the distance between centers of the two bodies.” I answered.
“Impressive, Ms. Jung. Take your seat.”
I took a glimpse at him and caught him smiling proudly at me. It was as if he was proud of me but I rolled my eyes in response.
He’s not the only one who’s smart.
“Let’s proceed to the discussion,” our professor continued, “As Mr. Choi defined Fg, it is an attractive force existing between two bodies. As teenagers, what can you alike to an attractive force?”
One of my classmates yelled “Love”.
Ugh. I have a feeling that I would hate this topic. -_-
“Correct.” Our professor responded. “Love is a force of attraction between two bodies. Knowing that you teenagers are interested in this topic, it would be easier to teach you in this aspect. Let’s use our two smartest students in our class as an example.”
This is bad. I really hate this topic already. -__-
“Let’s say Mr. Choi and Ms. Jung are in a relationship,”
Cheers and claps with matching wolf whistles exploded from my classmates knowing about our past.
I knew he was staring at me from my peripheral view but I just looked straight with my poker face on.
Our professor disregarded the reactions and went on with the discussion.
“Let Fg be the force of attraction between them or their love for each other, m1 be Mr. Choi’s mass, m2 be Ms. Jung’s mass and d be the distance between them.”
Why is fate playing with us?!
“If they’re together, the distance is small. Thus, making their force of attraction greater. If they’re apart, the distance is bigger. Thus, making the force of attraction lesser. So just like relationships, if the couple is apart, usually the love fades and they break up. Right?”
