I Won't Say I'm In Love

Evan's POV
I took the rose that Tyler gave me after leaving. I closed my door and laid back on it smelling the beautiful thing. I then realized I shouldn't be falling in love with him. I took the flower with me and walked around my living room.
"Why am I falling for him? He's only my friend being a nice guy." I told myself. I paced and then felt something heat up.
"No, no, no! I can't. But I also can't help it. His beautiful ocean blue eyes, his wonderful and sweet smile, his shaggy brunette hair, and his personality. Then those lips. Oh god why am I even thinking about this!? I should be into girls not guys." I told myself again gripping my own hair in frustration.
I took my phone out and saw my lock screen. It was me and Tyler at Pax. I smiled at the photo. He's so adorable, with his smile and how he put me into a soft headlock bringing me close to him.
"AHHH!! I can't do this!" I said flopping onto my couch still with the rose in my hand. I looked at it and smiled again.
"If there's a prize for rotten judgement. I guess I've already won that. No man is worth the aggravation. That's ancient history been there done that." I sang getting up from the couch and threw the flower onto my table.
Suddenly I heard other voices singing with me.
"Who'd you think you're kidding. He's the earth and heaven. Honey we can see through you." They sang. I looked around but saw no one.
"Oh no!" I argued. (I'm skipping part of the song)
"Boy you got, got, got, got it bad!" I held my hands to my ears to stop hearing they're argument.
"Oh no. No chance no way. I won't say it no, no." I said walking away and sat down on my couch.
"You swoon, you sigh. Why deny it Oh, Oh."
"It's too cliche I won't say I'm in love! I thought my heart had learned its lesson. It feels so good when you start out. My head is screaming get a grip boy! Unless your dying to cry your heart out! Ohh!" I fell backwards onto my couch looking up at my ceiling.
"Read our lips your in love."
"Ohhh. At least out loud I won't say I'm in...love." I said smiling and grabbed my rose. I held it close to my heart and finally knew I loved him.
But I couldn't keep this within me I actually had to tell him. I need to. I'm going to say it loud and say it proud.
I grabbed my sweater and ran out the door still the rose in my hand. Running towards Tyler's house. I banged on the door.
He opened it revealing himself.
"Hey Tyler. There's something I need to tell you." I said blushing and holding the rose.
"T-Thanks for the rose and I actually want to say t-that I...I..." I stuttered but was soon feeling his lips connect with mine. I fell in for it and kissed back.
He pulled away still holding my waist and smiled.
"I love you too." He told me. I smiled and hugged him.
"Thanks Tyler. Your the best." I said to him.
"I'm not the best. I'm just your best friend." He argued.
"No your my boyfriend. The best boyfriend ever." I argued back. I laughed and kissed his cheek.
How adorable! Man if only something like that could happen to some people *cough* me *cough*. Anyway hope you enjoyed this short thing.
