The missing

It was early in the morning and I had just woken up. Since it was my day off, I ran straight to the telephone and called Sean.

"Hey Sean, I had a really weird dream last night." I said over the phone.

"What was it about?" Sean sounded like he could care less.

"So two figures were dancing in the sunset..." I said, smiling a little. Good to have a nice dream for once.

"......is that it?"

"Sean are you not wondering who they were! You know what my dreams are like!"

"....should I care?"

"SEAN!!"

"I'm kidding, I'm kidding!"

We planned a way to go to the sunset to find out who the dancers were.

A few hours later, we heard a knock on the door.

"Come in!" I called out, knowing it's Sean.

"Right, so we need some rope and badass masks," he says excitedly.

"It's not a robbery Sean, we just need a compass," I giggle.

We ate some snacks and head out.

"So is this the place?" he whispers.

"Looks like it. Now, we wait."

I heard a crash and turn to see Sean tangled in the bushes.

I burst out laughing whilst pulling him up.

We both peek over the big rock and saw two figures.

"Are they..." Sean whispers with excitement.

"Yep," I whisper back at him.

We watched them dance, trying to catch a glimpse of their faces, but they both had suddenly disappeared.

"Where did they go!? THEY WERE JUST THERE A MOMENT AGO!" Sean shouted.

I didn't say anything. I was in too much shock. Where could they have possibly gone?

Then all of a sudden, a black figure comes plunging towards us.

Scared as hell, I grabbed Sean's wrist in fear and screamed, "RUN!"

We ran for what felt like miles continuously, later arriving outside of Felix's house (the nearest to where we were) and banging on the door.

"Hello?" Felix called out as we shoved the door open and sit on the couch, still panting and sweating.

"What the heck are you guys doing!? My parents are upstairs!" Felix snapped.

"We had nowhere else to go. Your house was the closest to us."

He looks at me with confusion."Then what happened?"

"So there were these two creepy shadow people and they got angry at us, probably for spying on them," I explained.

"....is that it?" He said with a -_- look.

"Anyway, we're tired now, can we stay at your house tonight?" Sean asks.

"Yep, just don't let my mum see you or I'm be in serious trouble."

We all settle down in the basement and watched Star Wars on the retro TV Felix had.

His basement was awesome. It's like his own area and it was decorated really cool. After a while, we got tired and fell asleep. I prayed for no more dreams, I think I've had enough. (army where u at?)

*later in the middle of the night*

"...is anyone there....." I called out into the dark.

"You need to find me before they hide me, you are next unless you fulfill my request..."

"RUN."
