Harry pulled his purple hood up over his head, tucking his curls firmly under the fabric and checking in the mirror to make sure that his appearance wouldn’t look familiar to any fans. He was only walking a short way down the street but he didn’t want to take any chances in being swarmed by those crazy girls. He knew security would kill him if they even heard a whisper that he was doing this, but he and Louis were out of bread and he just couldn’t be stuffed going through all the processes when there was a corner store two minutes from where they lived. Tucking his hands into the pockets of his purple JW hoodie, Harry left his apartment. Keeping his eyes firmly on the pavement he was relieved when he made it through the tinkling shop door. Without looking up, he paced straight to the back of the shop, where he let his hood back a little to scan the shelf for his usual loaf.

“Oh my god,” a girl next to him breathed, and he looked around, alarmed, straight into large brown eyes. “You’re not who I think you are.. are you?” She said in a quiet voice and Harry was relieved she wasn’t bringing attention to them from anyone else.

“Err.. I’m Harry Styles..” Harry said with a hushed tone, glancing over his shoulder to make sure no one else was within earshot before he continued. “But please, I’m begging you, don’t tell anyone I’m here. Technically speaking I shouldn’t be.” Her eyes remained large as she nodded her head slightly. Harry watched as her wavy red hair brushed over her shoulders with each nod.

“Wow.” She eventually got out, still staring at the boy. “This never happens to me. Before you, the most famous person I’ve met is a local radio presenter!” She rambled and Harry’s eyes flickered between her lips and her eyes as she spoke. She brushed a tongue across her lips nervously. “What are you doing here?” She blurted and Harry looked to the bread before saying innocently,

“I’m shopping for bread, how about you?” She let out a nervous laugh before saying.

“No, I mean, why are you in this shop? Surely you could hire someone to make you bread if you wanted!” Harry jutted his chin up defiantly.

“I just wanted to get out of the house, I’ve been cooped up in there for far too long!” Harry turned back to the shelf as he spoke and grabbed out for the bread he was after. Looking back to the girl he saw that she was eyeing his bread with curiosity. “I don’t even know your name?” Harry continued, attracting the girls attention back to himself.

“My name’s Elouise, but you can call me Ellie,” She said, an easy smile spreading across her face.

“It’s really nice to meet you Ellie,” Harry smiled back. “Listen, I really should be getting back, Lou will get worried if I’m out for too long but I’d really like to see you again. Can I get your number?” Harry grinned as he watched the blood rush to her face and she stuttered out the word:

“S-S-Sure!” Harry smiled and passed her his phone, watching her eyes carefully as she entered in her details.

“Thanks.” He said, flashing a dimpled smile as she passed him the phone back with shaking hands. “I’ll be in touch soon.” With that, he headed to the counter, leaving the red-headed girl standing in shock with the bread. A few moments later, the girls’ phone screen lit up and her fingers scrambled to hit the green button.

“Hello?” She said with a beating heart, still in shock from the exchange that had just taken place.

“Hi El,” a soft deep voice said back and her heart stopped beating. “I just realised that I”m free tonight and would love to take you out for dinner. Are you free?” There was a pause on the line, Elouise'’s heavy breath was the only thing that could be heard as she tried to summon the courage to speak.

“I- Yes! I’m free!” She eventually managed to squeak.
