Baby Sitting Lux

  P.S. The character's name is Bella and here's her appearance... she has black hair, light blue eyes, tan, and she's super tall and slender.

          I went out for a morning jog like I do every morning in my sweats. Focusing on money for a good college was my main goal so I would do anything at this point. My dad urged me to go past  Tom's  house this morning, but I had wondered why.

  While running I past a boy about my age who sat playing with Lux, a cute little girl, that I baby sit. She ran up to me with a huge smile planted on her small face. She grabbed for my pocket knowing that my phone was in there.

  "Lux!" I giggled lifting her up.

  I held her close hugging her to me.  "Oh, hey," The boy awkwardly said smiling.

  "Hi." I greeted back putting Lux down. Tom walked out stretching his arms out wide. He engulfed me into a tight hug.

   Letting go he said,"I'm glad you came, I wanted to ask if you would watch Lux for three weeks?"

  "Um I'd say it sounds like a plan," I reply picking up Lux. She giggled really loud as I tossed her into the air.

  "Great I'll pay you about twenty dollars per day yeah?" He questioned  letting out his hand.

  "Deal," I respond. I would watch Lux for free all the time if I could.

"Great!" He exclaimed.

"Yay, better be getting home," I say handing Lux to the blonde haired boy.

  Tom and I shook hands then I went home to pack. Wow three weeks with Lux! This was amazing I loved her to bits.

I threw a lot of clothes, a toothbrush, toothpaste, my brush, my phone, and charger into a bag. Soon I get a call from Tom.

"Hello Tom?" I asked into the other line.

All I heard was the sound of Lux chatting away. She did get her dad's phone about twice a week and ended up calling me most of the time. Then I hear a voice pipe in, but it wasn't Tom's.

"Lux give that back to your dad!" I waited a bit longer until... "Hey sorry about that see you tomorrow!" Tom yelled. I could tell Lux was trying to grab the phone.

  After the icident, I get my clothes set out for tomorrow. "Just need to take a shower." I mumble lightly to myself. I quickly took a shower and threw on sweat pants & a T-shirt.

  I dried my hair with a towel, then threw my black hair up into a pony. I had my last day of high school tomorrow. Thank God!

  I get bullied a lot because of what I look like and since I was pretty much a straight A+ student. I usually hide myself or babysit.

All the tattoos that were sprawled out on my body are a story. It was like my body was my journal. I had one on my wrist, one on my back, and one on my ankle. On my wrist it says "best friends" which is finished by one important person, the one on my back is a rose it reminds me of my grandma, and the one on my ankle is an anchor it represents that I will not sink.

  There's more to each of these tattoos  though for instance, I went with my mom each time and she got one with me the first time we went.  She's gone now, my best friend, my mom... Tears formed in my eyes and I soon fell asleep crying.

I woke up to the alarm buzzing through my ears. My head flew up fast. Soon I found myself getting ready. I wore a black t-shirt, skinny jeans, and white converse. I quickly ran off to school.

  Soon I would graduate in a year then head off for college. Many people were happy to see me. Strange... They smiled and waved at me as I made my way to my locker.

  By the time I make it past a few rows of lockers I'm frightened by all the smiles. "Bye Bella see you soon!" Many girls squealed as I walked past them.

  Maria Golden was standing by my locker with her two lost puppies. Lost puppies meaning Lucy and Joey her followers that made my life horrible.

  "What's up bitch." I say while heading to my locker. "Cut the act Bella we know you love me." She let out a high pitched squeal. "I really don't, I hate your guts in all honesty." I say trying to get my locker open.

  She gave me the "lip" as I finally opened the door. "We know about where you have been so stay away from Niall and no one gets hurt k?" She turned. "What are you talking about Maria?" I say giving a look indicating that she was crazy.

  Instead of talking like a normal person she throws me a magazine. I look over it not understanding what she was talking about. Until I saw a picture of Lux, that boy, and me that is. We kind of looked like a couple. It was a cute picture I thought, but why the hell would they put it in the newspaper. Then I read...

  I stopped reading and slammed the door shut. Hours of insane screaming from people I had no clue even existed I finally got dismissed to go home. When I got there a note was on the table. Of course from dad.

'Hey babe on a business trip for a month so see you soon, oh and don't forget about Lux...Love you!'

Hold the fuck up I'm not ever forgetting Lux, my boobear. Suddenly the clock hit 5 o'clock. I grabbed my bag and ran to the Atkin's. "Lux here I come!" I yell in my head. I head in to find the blond haired boy playing knight and shining amor.

"Hey Lux I'm here!" I scream as I walk into the living room. She ran straight through the kitchen into my arms. "Hi babe!" Niall walked in with his hands in his pockets...
