HIDDEN FEELINGS

chapter 4

It was Saturday I was going to meet Emily for my first lesson   she said I needed to get dressed in gym clothes and I was to  meet her  at her family gym in town  I had  to be on  time I dressed as first as I could and ren to  H.K   gym   I found Emily outside standing by the door way 

"Your late Aaron ."

"Sorry, I over slept."

"OK."

"Today lesson is appearance , you need to look good to feel good  ,these chicken wings you call arms need gain some mass.  same applies to that body  you need to work out every morning at five am   go running,  after that need you do twenty pressure ups  crunches abs exercises and  boxing     not forgetting yoga and cardio."

"Are you trying to murder me am not some  Dijoe  , who can do all that and besides  am not athletic kind of guy you going to kill me."

"Quit winning, if wanna be one of hot guys this what you have to do."

"OK now that you briefed  ,  enter let us begin."

"Fine."

We entered the gym and  it was filled all types of work out equipment  from exercise balls,  to stationery bikes trade mills  weights  ropes  boxing bags you name it it was there  at the end of our tour we came face to face with a huge built tall man  mean look on his  face  ,  as if he was  ready to commit murder I was terrified of  what this mugged  monster  would to me,he looked like hulk in size

He suddenly spoke," I'm  Michael from let us train, I will be your personal trainer . "Michael  was a black huge muscle  man  with dread locks that were shoulder  length   he wore black  shades  and  had tattoo on his right  arm  of a dragon   he wore a blue fitted  vest that read  "let's train "and black  gym shorts  with white dock  sneakers  and  a  black whistle around  his neck  looking  at him I  knew   he meant  business  and I was terrified

"Hey Ems,  did you hire Hercules over here to kill your best friend." I said hiding behind her  

Laughs , "No silly , he is your trainer  and his here to get you in babe magnet shape."

"No ,no , he is going to kill me."

"Stop being such a baby about this ."

"Have seen guy ,he is hugemous monster that will pounce on me any time."

"I get Aaron Walker is a chicken  you are scared, you are scared  laughs you scared." she said tauntingly

"Yes am scared    ,don't be my sugar boo,  I will be right here with you." she says  while playing  with  my  chicks

"OK,  I'm ready to try."

"Good,  I knew  you could  do it ."

"Let us begin training."Michael said

"OK."  I replied

 "  We first warming up  , get up we going to  H.K stadium ." 

We the door opens  and we head out the sky was blue and and Summer  sun rays and hit my face the cool summer breeze   caressed my skin as we walked    causally along the road ..

"Hey guys, I thought we are taking a car ."

"No Aaron ,we are running there   here heart rate monitor , wear it on upper arm and let's go training starts right now."

I wear my monitor and we begin  running,  me being a dock and  virgin didn't matter cause ,  I was with Emily and being with her always made things  better even  working out trust me when I tell you I never liked working out  in fact  I hated it,  that was the reason I became a nerd  so  would never deal with out doors
But here I was running with Emily and loved it for a moment it was like it was me and her in world even with messed up hair  and sweat   she still looked beautiful
