The sun is just going down, as you lay in your bed and watch a man getting dressed. Not much of a man, more of a child. He has just turned 18, his friends paying for your services as a present to him. You werent much older than him, but felt like he knew nothing of what the world was like. He was adorable really, had no idea what he was doing and becoming red in the face every time you made advances on him.
He's buttoning up his pants, his face red as a tomato. "Thanks?" He says, unsure of what to say. You laugh, grabbing your loose dress and throwing over your head as he looks for his shirt. You see it hanging on a chair in the corner, and you pick it up. The shirt was very fine, something more expensive than you have ever owned in your entire life.
"Here you go, sweety." You say, handing him his shirt. He laughs nervously, taking it and putting it back on. You hear a knock on the door, and open it to see his friends all huddled in the doorway. One is smoking a cigarette, and looking you up and down like you were his next meal. He winks at you, attempting to flirt, you only roll your eyes as they direct their attention towards their friend.
"So kiddo, how was it?" Says the flirty one, taking another puff of his cigarette. "Shut up Liam." Is all he has to say as he grabs his jacket. The other boys are rooting and hollering, patting him on the back and acting like he has made the best accomplishment of his life.
"Alright alright, damn. Give me a minute and I'm meet you downstairs." He says to his friends. "Don't take too long or I might have to buy one for myself." One boy says as he eyes a girl going downstairs.
"Ok, get out." The boy says, pushing them all out the doorway and closing it on them. "Heh, sorry about that, they don't have any manners." He says, rubbing the back of his neck.
"Here, as payment." He says, digging in his pockets and pulling out a silver necklace with a pearl. "Sir, your friends already payed me. You don't have to give me anything." You respond, as you adjust your dress. Men tended to give you gifts as a thank you, but not as much as women for some reason.
"I know, but you seem very sweet. And it's the least I can do. What better a gift for a man's birthday than a beautiful woman?" He asks, with a nervous laugh. You blushed at this, not used to being complimented in such a sweet and innocent way.
"Well alright, but only because you called me beautiful." You tease. He proceeds to put the necklace on for you, and your face is burning. He's so sweet it's giving you a toothache.
He gives you a peck on the cheek, and exits your room. You sigh, and collapse on your bed. You stare at the ceiling, the ceiling you have been looking at for the past 3 years. You fiddle with the necklace, rubbing the pearl across your lips absentmindedly. There's another knock at your door, but the person doesn't wait for you to answer. It's the headmistress, coming to tell you you have another client.
"But I just finished with one, ma'am." You say, sitting up in your bed.
"I don't care, he's paid a good deal for you. Too much for an insolent girl like you. And clean your room, it's a mess." She snaps, before closing the door. You grunt in frustration, getting up and changing the sheets, making the bed, and arranging everything for whoever it was that wanted to see you.
You looked at yourself in the mirror. Your hair was a mess and your makeup smudged. You breathed out an irritated sigh as you brushed your hair and removed the makeup to make yourself somewhat presentable.
"Someone's got quite a temper don't they?" You hear a man say behind you. You jump, not expecting to hear anyone. Composing yourself, you turn to see a man in a cowboy hat leaning against the door across the room. "Oh, I'm sorry sir I didn't know you were in here." You stumble to say. He smiled and chuckled deeply.
