Len went back to his house expecting to see his sister but he didn't, so he just assumed she was at Miku's house.
*Rin's POV*
-The next day-
Today is Miku's birthday, so I have to get her something, but I realized I never even asked her what she wanted...
I turned the corner to Miku's house when I saw a small kitten sleeping by a shrub.
"There's really no houses nearby so maybe it's a stray..." I said to myself.
I knocked on her door and waited. A few seconds later it opened slightly.
"... Rin?" Miku opened the door a little more and poked her head out.
"Why do you have a cat?" She asked.
"Well it's your birthday and..." I stopped and lifted the cat up to Miku.
"I found this little kitten!" I smiled and handed her over.
"Well, thanks, but... Are you sure it doesn't already have an owner?" Miku had a suspicious look on her face.
"There was no houses around where I found it so probably not." She rolled her eyes and let me inside.
"Since you're here, why don't we play video games?"
I agreed and we proceeded to play Mortal Kombat.
*Lin's POV*
-On the phone with Kaito-
"Rin hasn't came home yet, I'm worried." I told Kaito.
"Why are you worried? She's with with Miku, right? She's a good person, so you need to just relax."
"Kaito that's not why I'm upset, my sister hates me now!"
"Well I don't blame her.."
"What did you say?! This is all your fault! You know what? We're done."
I hung up.
It's pouring rain outside, but it I really needed to get Rin home. I grabbed 2 coats, one for myself, and one for my sister if she needs one, then left.
A/N sorry, short chapter.
