Renj's note: This is my first time writing a short horror story online so please bear with it, okay. I'd done one when I was in my Junior High anyway. And I was inspired by it since my teacher gave me a good grade. So maybe, I'll include that one too. Nyway... Enjoy reading. *wink*

---Playtime
"Why are you selling it anyway?"
Asked by my friend named Gem as she signed the contract.
"Ahhmm.. You know how much I wanted to move to the city,right?"
"Ah yeah.. but don't you think the prize of that house is to cheap?"
"Ah.. not really. And duh... I'm doing you a favor here. Besides it's a good place for your loving mom"
She rolled her eyes in disgust.
Yeah... in disgust
"Whatever... Here"
She handed me the papers.
"Well, nice doing business with you. I gonna visit you in summer"
She and her mother entered the house.
I remain standing and as the same time...
smirking...
"There you go Mirna... you can have Gem's mom since she don't want her in her life and I can have my mom..."
I took a final glimpse of the house then went to my car.
"Mom.. It's going to be fine now"
She didn't answer me instead she just play with my one eyed doll then talks to herself.
*sigh*
That house is over with us...
They have Gem now...

"Mommy's coming!!"
A single mom shouted.
She and her 7 years old daughter are running around the house.
They always run around the house after her work.
She wanted her daughter to grow like a normal kid with a father.
"No!!!"
Atlast she caught her.
They laugh like there's no tomorrow.
"Mom, close your eyes then I'll hide"
Then she did... she counted 1 to 10 then started to find her so jolly daughter.
She entered their bedroom but fond nothing.
She felt a movement on her back.
She don't know why but she felt some presence in her back and same as in the cabinet 4 feets away from her.
Her mind went numb same as her body.
Then in a flash... someone hugged her.
"mommy!!"
She felt relieved
It's only her daughter.
When she is about to face the kid, the cabinet went open.

.
.
.
.
"Mommy?"
Said by her daughter who is INSIDE the closet.
She stared at her daughter with huge eyes then slowly lowered her head to see the hands of that someone who's currently hugging her.
She was shocked by what she saw.
That arms is full of blood and dirt.
"Your my mom..."
And in a blink that someone who hugged her is now in front of her.
It's a little girl with a burn at her left eye and a wound right at her chest.
"now"
After what that girl has said.
She don't know what happened next.
And the last thing she remembered is the face of her daughter.
That face of pain, hatred and love for her mother.

I remebered every single thing in the past.
That kid who took my mommy away from me for for 12 years is Mirna.
A kid who's mom was taken away by her birth.
Before her father murdered Mirna.
He gave her a burn in the left eye and pull away her doll's left eye too.
I can still feel the pain when she took mom.
*I took a glimpse of mom who's at the backseat*

But I found Mirna and her doll insted.
