Blind Love

Chapter. 10

Narrator's POV

"Wake up love." Eretria said as she played with Katie's fingers.

"I'm up beautiful." They both smiled.

Eretria was so curious as to what her girlfriend looked like so she moved her hand to her face. Katie knowing what was happening let it happen.

"Your skin is soft hehe and a little chilly. Are you cold?"

"No baby I'm not cold."

Eretria hummed in response and kissed Katie's lips slowly. The girls both began to giggle and blush.

"Katie what time is it? Do you have to go to work?"

"Its 1:09 pm and no I don't but I would love to take you somewhere today." Katie said as she played with Eretria hair.

"You sleep a lot you know? Which is okay."

"What? How long was I sleeping? When did you wake up?"

"I have been awake for at least 3 hours." Eretria explained.

"Wow you're such an early bird."

Eretria huffed and explained why she is such an "early bird" to Katie.

"We should take a shower."

"Okay come on. Wait together?!"

"Uh I meant one by one but taking it together will help save water so let's do that if you want." Eretria said the last part so low Katie could barely hear it.

They started the water and got in. The shower wasn't long they giggled a lot because of how many times they slipped. Helped each other wash one another's backs and stole a couple of kisses from each other. .

After the girls showered Katie made the decision to take Eretria to the ice cream shop.

"Katie can you help me get some clothes?"

"Oh yeah of course babe."

After getting Eretria some clothes Katie realized they haven't became official girlfriends and she planned on making that happen today.

Eretria's POV

Katie was so amazing very kind, caring, loving, silly, soft, warm, beautiful I can go on and on. I'm happy I ended up with her hopefully it stays this way.

Katie handed me the clothes and helped me get dressed.

"So where are you gonna take me?"

"I can't and won't tell you till we get there."

"Hmph but Katie"

"Eretria no I'm not gonna tell you."

"Haha okay I tried."

We got into the car and Katie began to drive to where she is taking me. Oh god what if she's gonna murder me..oh wow Aehlauna watches so much crime shows and talks about them so much. I know Katie isn't taking me to the woods to shoot me in the head and hide the body.

I wonder if she's using both hands to drive as I went to reach for her hand I felt it slip onto my thigh. Well then now I know I rested my hand on hers and hummed along to the music on the radio.

"Babe we're here."

"Mmm okay I'm coming."

Katie being the gentle lady she is helped me out of the car and grabbed my hand. Although she doesn't need to do that she insist she does so I don't get hit. I don't mind though I love the feeling she gives me when she touch's me. It may be an innocent touch but it sets my skin to flames and its like I forget where I am and who I am for a few minutes.

As we walked in I heard a bird, cat.....

"Katie you are so not!"

"I so am!"

"I love you so much thank you"

"I love you too."

"Wait no I have to be dreaming"

"Well you aren't."

"I have to b-"

I was cut off as she pressed her lips to mine and kissed me slowly but quickly.

"Love you aren't dreaming now come on and let's get you that dog."

I smiled and kissed her cheek as we walked towards the dogs.

We talked about the breeds and such I ended up getting a pit bull that was blind in one eye. Its other eye was blue and the fur coat was grey and black and it was a female

I can't believe she got me a dog though...that well this is the nicest thing that has ever happened to me.

"Katie you're amazing."I whispered as I hugged her I could tell she was smiling and I'm glad to know that this isn't fake.

"So what are we naming her?"

"How about Rain? Because she's like the rain dark and gloomy but beautiful and happy."

"That's beautiful now let's go home."
