As I stare out my window I see the ocean waves rising and falling over the sand reflecting the moons enchanting glow. This is not my story but that of my grand mother. She was part of a deal that would change the world it was called The Sea's Trade. This trade would allow humans to have peace with the sea, and the people who controlled it however they would have to send them the first born daughter of light and dark who turned out to be my grandmother, Anita. When she was born the people rejoiced at least most people, her mother, Luna, never knew that the man she loved was the son of the light, she was enraged when she realized what was going to happen. She had no idea what to do she couldn't send her child off to who knows where in the ocean, so one night she made a plan.

This plan was called, the blackest day, my great grandmother planed on speaking with those in charge of the deal insisting that her daughter was far to young and they should wait till she becomes of age for the thrown of Dawn's Pearl. After a few days of begging they finally agreed thinking this was best for the young girl, however they didn't realize that they were only helping to create a deal breaker. As the years passed the little girl grew to be a beautiful teen, and on her fourteenth birthday something happened that would change the deal forever. No one paid any mind that a young guard,Blaze, and Anita spoke and hung out, however they noticed that he had come to her party this worried the deal-keepers who had never seen him at one before. Luna's plan had begun to take action, she had known that her daughter would one day fall in love and would allow her to take her years of anger out on Anita's father. When the time came to tell Anita she was part of the sea's trade her father,Leon, was the one to tell her. No one could have seen how she would react, but i think it is time for you to see this story from her eyes.

Leon took a deep breath and finally told Anita the truth"Anita there is something you must know." Anita looked at her father confused"What do you mean,' she asked not understanding what he meant."Anita, I'm sorry I never told you before, but I was never allowed to. Anita you are part of the sea's trade," he replied in a solemn voice. Anita's eyes went wide as she began to speak her shaky voice soon became filled with rage "You've known this my whole life and never bothered to tell me. You never bothered to tell me I had no say in my future, that I would have to leave my whole life behind. How could you not tell me this!"Anita ran out of the room and towards the forest, apon running Blaze spotted her and seeing that she was upset went after her.
