Chapter 2 / The Barn

It's 3:00 school just ended Gunner says bye to Jane and goes to meet up with Jax. Jax and Axel take gunner to an old barn on an empty lot on the other side of town. Before taking Gunner inside Jax looks at Gunner and says

"If we take you in here you are never allowed to talk about it. What happens in the barn 'stays' in the barn," Gunner looks at them and agrees to not say anything to anyone.

Jax opens the huge sliding door of the barn Revealing their lair. They walk inside and Gunner looks around. On one wall there's a Huge corkboard covering more than half the wall. It was like the ones that the police use for connecting people to crimes. Gunner turns away from the board and asks Jax what it's for. Axel turns and says

"It..It's to let us know whos next." Gunner looks at him confused

"Who's next for what." Axel looks at him and sighs.

"You know how you agreed to not talk about anything that goes on in here. Well if you do you or your friends be on the board next.

"Gunner looked with an agreeing nod

"It's our board of vengeance," said Jax. Gunner looked at the board and said:

"So, what do you do to the people on it?" Jax Chuckled and explained.

"You know... Arson, Burglary, the usual the occasional assault with a deadly weapon."

After a couple minutes of talking Gunner heads back home.
