Where is he?

Where is that jerk?

I felt my hands begin to sweat and shake as I stormed through the halls of his office, looking for that cheating, back-stabbing bastard. My eyes spotted him from the window of his office talking to that whore.

Girls and guys like them make me SICK. I felt my anger flare up as I shoved his door open.

"Ah- babe! What are you doing he-"

SMACK!

The whole office went silent as his peers turned from their desktops and looked with wide eyes, some women cover their mouths as a red hand mark formed on his cheek.

He slowly looked back at me with shock filled eyes. "Ba-"

"Oh don't you BABE me! We're DONE!" I yelled as I took off a silver necklace from around my neck and slammed it on his desk. "I'll be packing my stuff and leaving, and don't you DARE contact me ever again!" I kept feeling my anger boiling like hot lava as I left his office and into the cold outdoors of Minnesota.

It never crossed my mind that my boyfriend of 5 years would cheat on me. Well I guess that's what I get for online dating. I gritted my teeth out of frustration and the cold, pulling my sweater tighter around my thin body.

The streets were pretty noisy tonight with traffic, and knowing this part of town there are chances of road rage.

"God I just wanna go home..." My soft breaths making small puffs of clouds in the wind as it blew by, making my shirt go up a bit. I'm a Southerner; I like the heat and warm weather. Cold weather isn't my cup of coffee. Right now I'd rather be home with my beta fish, Loki, than here. He's the only one who really gets me and listens to me when I'm upset.

My hand reached in for my phone and typed in my password as I stopped at a light. "I should call my dad and tell him- No, not dad. He would most likely get pissy." I theorized as I called my mom instead.

"Hello?~"

"Hey mama."

"Scarlet! Hello baby-doll, how are you?" She asked, probably happy that I finally called her after a long time of being away.

"Uh, just peachy!" I said, my smile fading a bit as I let out a tired sigh.

"Oooh no, what happened?" Mom always knew when I was upset. Either she was psychic or it was her mom hormones kicking in, she knew when something was up.

"Guess who just got cheated on!" I said in a clear sarcastic and pissed tone, beginning to walk after the light turned green.

"No way!" She gasped. I could just envision her having her hand over her mouth like she just heard some horrible news.

"Yep! Me! -sigh- I'm gonna be heading back home tonight. Is my room still, uh... Open?" I asked nervously as the thought of it turned into a gallery of my mom's art, Loki's fish bowl sitting in a dusty corner.

"Yes darling, it's open. What time will you be home?" I internally groaned as I recognized her tone. She was planning something.

"I'm not so sure mama, maybe late late 2 AM your time?" My prediction was probably off by a few hours, but at least my mom would take longer to "prepare" for my arrival.

"Alright sweetie! I'll pick you up-"

"Oh no no no! I can get Jammie to pick me up." I butted in quickly. I can't stand being in the car with my mother. I love her to death, but when she's got the radio on in the car, it gets LOUD.

"Of course! Well I'll see you later! Love you! MUAH!~" She kissed the phone and hung up.

"Aaaand there she goes." I sighed, stopping in front of his apartment. I bit my lip as I opened the door and looked inside, a small smirk growing across my lips.

"I guess I can't leave immediately without a parting gift..." I grinned as I opened the fridge full of left overs.

"You wanna trash our love? Then i'ma trash your food, bitch..."
