*three days later*
I still didn't tell Martin about it. But I should. In the last few days we were trying to find a way to break the curse. We had to break it. I felt that he was still warmhearted. I knew that I had to save at least him. He was my only hope and he had to get his heart back. We were so similar to each other. I felt the warmth in his heart. He was someone who you can trust. And I did trust him. I loved him although I just knew him for four and a half days. I really trusted him. And I hoped he trusted me too.
I went to the bathroom at school. Like everyday I tried to talk. I opened my mouth to say something. It never worked. That's why I wasn't expecting anything else. But it was completely different. A faint tune came out of my mouth.
I was suprised. Too suprised to say anything else. I started crying. I could finally talk and cry again. I couldn't believe it. My eyes slowly turned light green again. Actually, I liked my ice blue eyes better. I smiled into the mirror. My kind and warm smile has come back to me. I quickly ran outside again. There was my friend Sarah. I was smiling at her.
She was wondering, why. "Sarah, I can talk again!" I hugged her. She seemed to be shocked. Suddenly the mean girls appeared in front of her. "Sarah help us! Nobody wants to be our friend!" Sarah was shocked. Shocked and scared. I knew how to handle them. My curse might have been broken but I could still talk to my mother and use magic.
"Hey, stop annoying my friend!" I shouted. One of them stepped to the front and started to annoy me even more. "Hey ugly, it's not like she is only yours!" I couldn't believe. "How dare you talk to me like that! You may be right but I don't want her to suffer again because you were mean to her! You've betrayed her! Such a loyal friend doesn't deserve that! She tried to help you!" She took another step to the front again. "Listen, you little fart! I know neither who you are nor what you mean by that!" she spoke cheekily. I came even closer to her. "What did you just say? I'll make you wish you were never born!" She just laughed. "Oh yeah, you think you're capable of that?" I was angry. "Shut up!" I screamed. Then I grabbed her by the shoulder and started to use my magic on her. I smirked. First I gave her a little frostbite and then I used water magic on her. At the end I dried her with my wind. She tumbled back and landed on her behind. "You, you aren't a human!" She and her friends ran away.
That was great. I chuckled. Sarah looked at me shockedly. She was about to cry and fell into my arms. "Don't cry Sarah, everything is okay again!" She spoke,"Thanks Amy, you saved me from her, if you knew how she treated me all the time!" I smiled. "Don't thank me, it is important to be by your side, you are my friend!" I looked around just to make sure there was noone around. I noticed Martin. He was smiling too.
"Hello Amy, nice to see you! I can talk again, looks like you can talk too!" I smiled and relased Sarah from our hug. I walked closer towards him. "The reason why, is..." he started. I wanted to tell him. I wanted to confess my love to him. "...you!" we both said in unison. I was suprised. But I couldn't stay for long. He tore me to the front and looked into my eyes. I looked into his eyes. They were black and calm. I was lost in his endless eyes. "I love you, Martin!" I whispered. He replied nothing.
He just grabbed me by the waist and kissed me softly. "This nightmare has an end!" he whispered into my ear. And we didn't care that we were at school in front of the girls restroom. We loved each other and that was everything.
