Do you Daniel Alberts take Maureen Veil to be you're lawfully wedded wife? To have and to hold, to protect and to cherish for as long as you both shall live?

Oh my gosh.... this is it! This is actually it. Finally fairy tale ending for me

I was so giddy, waiting to seal the wedding vows with a kiss

here it goes, Danny my love is going to say his I Dos. I smiled sheepishly at the priest who then had a confused face.

wait what? confused? hohoho  oh no. Maybe he's just well constipated or maybe he just wants to get this over and done with so we could be merrily on our way, so I waited.

I waited

and waited

and again waited

and few seconds past that felt like eternity

What the f@$# is he waiting for!!!!! ughhh.... 

I wanted to pull my hair and stomp feet and go pull more of my hair

but......

let me remind you I am a mannered lady in the modern times,

I do not pull my hair in public,stomp my feet, throw tantrums and most definitely say Fuck in public

most especially

when I am in the church, on the altar, in front of the priest and on my wedding day

so I took a deep breath and turned to face Danny my love and smiled expectantly at him.

He looked at me blankly, his blue eyes devoid of emotion, his brown hair that were cropped short glistening from sweat and then turned around to look at something at the end of the church

the world hushed,

my smile faded as I turned to look at what he was so transfixed at looking.

Turns out it wasn't something but someone.

A girl with blonde hair, blue eyes with tears flowing as if the world was ending looked back at Danny as if he were the only one here. I turned to look back at the man beside me, the man who was supposed to love me and spend his life with

wear the same expression. He looked at her in a way he never looked at me

Like she was the only one, like he truly and painstakingly loved her.

and then he ran.

He ran to the girl and pecked her on the lips, smiled like he just won the lottery and left.

he just left

Fuck.
