jeongguk abruptly turned his heels and rushed out the door, he didn't look back anymore. he couldn't. his heart just continued to break as tears rolled down his cheeks.
inside the café mina was yelling. "oh- ggukie oppa! your order!!"
taehyung stopped laughing with jennie as he heard the nickname.
"ggukie" he whispered underneath his breath. "what was that jagi?" jennie asked and placed a hand on taehyung's shoulder.
"hm? ah nothing" taehyung lied through gritted teeth and forced a smile. "let's just order" he spoke as jennie nodded.
once taehyung and jennie both got their orders, they started talking. occasionally, jennie's hand would land on taehyung's and she interlocked them.
during their talk, one name floated in taehyung's head.
his exes.
jeon jeongguk.
"aish, jeonggukie pick up" taehyung's ears perked up upon hearing his exes name. he looked at the waitress, mina and raised an eyebrow.
he saw that she was on her phone, constantly tapping then mumbling curse words.
"ssibal jeongguk-ah! why won't you pick up?" mina asked herself.
inside taehyung, he sorta feels his heart break. like it was screaming something about someone crying and getting slapped?
