JOY'S POV

After the girl went, I looked at Melanie's face and she looked worried.

"Um... who is she?", I asked.

"She's in my Course. Her name is Samantha" Melanie said calmly.

"What does she want? Is she bullying you? Ah! I'll kill her!", I said quickly and ready to kick her ass.

"What?! No! I am not being bullied by her! She's younger than me! What the fuck?!", my friend quickly said and stopped me from going to her.

"Ah, ok, good.", I said relieved. "But what does she want to talk about?"

"I don't kn- wait!", she changed her sentence, "I think I might know!", she said looking at me with wide eyes.

"What?", I asked wanting to know.

"Remember when I told you that I think that a student is in love with Mrs. Persch?", she said with a smile on her face.

"Yes, oh.", I said not understanding at first. "It is Samantha who loves Mrs. Persch?", she nodded. "Oh my god! Do you think she wants to talk about it with you?", I asked excitedly.

"I think.", she gasped, "what if she wants to confess to her?! Oh my god!", she said.

"Oh my god! That'll be so fucking werid", I said disgusted. "Students and teachers should be nothing more"

"I agree, it's illegal and I am pretty sure if what we are saying is true and she confessed to us then she'd be destroyed", Melanie said seriously.

I sighed, "Well whatever happens, it's not our business", I looked at my friend, "Let's go back to our friends", I said smiling.

"Ok", we walked down the stairs to return to our friends and we started to talk with them about different things, one of those things was teachers.

"I am supposed to have with Mr. Roberts right now but he isn't there so I have to have with Mr. Dunkins", Alyssa sighed.

"Wait, what? How?", I asked, "I just saw him before school started", I ended whispering the last part.

"What? How? He's not here today", she said and some of the other students agreed with her.

"Um... well then, I think I thought someone else was him", I rubbed the back of my neck while saying that.

"Ok... I have to go!", Alyssa said after looking at her watch, "I don't want to be late, later!", she said going.

"Hey, Joy, I want to go to the toilet, come with me", Melanie told me and I followed her to the toilets.

"What the hell is going on?", Melanie asked me impatiently.

"I- I don't know, but I just freaked out because Mr. Roberts supposedly shouldn't be here today but he is!", I said excitedly.

"Wait, do you think that he came to school just to see Miss Havis?", Melanie asked quietly.

"That's the only possible explanation!", the both of us started squealing.

"How adorable! They can't be apart from each other for a minute!", Melanie said giggling.

"Yeah!", I said as we headed out of the toilets.

The bell rang afterwards and we had to go to our classes. I hugged my friend goodbye and went to class.

I got out of class as quickly as possible after saying goodbye to my teacher and classmates and went to Melanie's class and waited for her.

After a few moments, she came out and we greeted each other and headed downstairs towards the exit.

"Melanie! Melanie!", we both turned around to the person shouting.

Samantha.

"Yes?", Melanie said, trying to keep cool.

"Can we talk in private? It's important!", Melanie exchanged glances with me and signaled for Samantha to came with her to the cafeteria. I followed them fully knowing that we won't get home so fast.
