Sage of Six Paths VS Ten-tails' Jinchuuriki

Nikko rushed forward, trailing the moon end of Enigma across the ground. He swung for Madara's head. Madara blocked with his own staff and sent a truthseeker orb after Nikko.

The young Otsutsuki blocked Madara's orb with one of his own. He made a sword with one of a truthseeker orb. His marked kunai scattered across the battlefield, Nikko began to teleport around, too fast for Madara to attack.

Madara bit his cheek and formed a defensive shell around himself with the truthseeker orbs.

Nikko smirked.

"Gotcha," he said. He launched a glowing truthseeker orb into the shell just as it closed.

An explosion followed.

Once the explosion was done and Madara left the shell, Nikko saw the damage he'd done. Madara was virtually unharmed. He'd only been scorched by the explosion.

Nikko grit his teeth. He rushed forward and swung Enigma toward Madara. Madara ducked under Enigma and swung for Nikko. The boy caught the staff and snapped it in two.

Madara's eyes widened. "Impossible," he said.

Nikko kneed Madara in the face.

Madara flew back several dozen feet and crashed into a root of the Divine Tree.

"Indra's reincarnations have always been troublesome from what I hear," Nikko said, "but you take it to a whole new level, Madara."

Nikko smiled and shrugged. "I guess it can't be helped," he said.

He rushed forward and swung for his foe's arm. Madara jumped back, dodging Enigma by less than a second.

The Uchiha and Otsutsuki stared each other down.

Madara rushed forward.

"I think it's time," Nikko said, closing his eyes, "Shukaku, Matatabi, Isobu, Son Goku, Kokuo, Saiken, Chomei, Gyuki, and Kurama; let's do this."

Madara was closing the gap fast. A few more seconds and Madara would be at Nikko's throat.

The chakra of all the tailed-beasts started to swirl around Nikko, cloaking him in purple chakra. Then, the chakra took Ten-tails' shape.

Madara slid to a halt. "How?" he asked, "How did you obtain their chakra?"

"Earlier," Nikko said, "when Naruto and I were pulling them out of Obito, I took a little of their chakra for myself. They all gave it willingly, however, unlike how you obtained it."

Nikko shaped the chakra into a cloak like Naruto's tailed-beast state. "This is where you die, Madara," Nikko said.

He rushed forward then, faster than before. A sonic boom resounded across the battlefield when Nikko moved. He swung Enigma for Madara's head.

Madara couldn't dodge. Instead, he blocked it with a truthseeker orb.

Nikko furrowed his brow and kicked Madara in the side. He felt several of Madara's ribs break. The boy smirked and brought his other knee up to Madara's chin.

Madara's jaw broke and he flew into the air.

"Here we go," Nikko said, "Shadow clone Jutsu! Uzumaki Barrage!"

As Nikko pounded Madara with the barrage, the Uchiha could think only one thing, Impossible.

"Now," Nikko said, "Die." He looked to Madara. "Hachiman!" He winced in pain and his aim wavered as he fell to the ground. He was only able to get half of Madara.

It seems, Nikko thought, that there is a drawback to using Ten-tails Chakra Cloak, he thought.

Nikko sighed and rose back to his feet. It's too early to throw in the towel, he thought, I'll endure the pain.

"Nikko," Kurama said, "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine," Nikko said, "Let's get this over with."

The young sage, panting from exhaustion, walked ever so slowly toward Madara. He used Enigma for support. The boy's legs shook as he walked.

Then, Madara recovered. "Nikko," he said, "you truly are strong. Why not join forces with me? We could bring peace to this world."

Nikko stopped in his tracks and doubled over in laughter. "You think," he said once his laughing fit ended, "that I'd join forces with Indra? I'm supposed to end the feud, not fuel it. As the Sixth Hokage and more importantly Sage of Six Paths, I cannot allow you to live."

Madara sighed. "I figured you would say that," he said.

Madara rushed forward then. He kicked the staff from Nikko's grasp and punched the young sage in the face. Nikko flew back and hit the ground.

His chakra cloak vanished.

Nikko rolled to the side when Madara pounced. He dodged Madara's staff and retaliated with a jab from a truthseeker sword. He grabbed the floating sword and sliced for Madara's head.

Madara blocked with his staff. Nikko rose jumped to his feet, but the pain in his body sent him sprawling onto the ground.

The young sage slipped into unconsciousness.

Madara smiled and launched a truthseeker orb for him. Naruto kicked it away.
