It gets so boring around here. I mean I know it's supposed to be all heavenly and great but that's a lie. Most of all the other Gods are arguing or messing with each other. Me? I mind my own business doing my own job. My job is to provide sunlight, since I am the god of light. I'm known for being handsome and very chill! I would describe myself with blonde hair.. Green eyes and I'm not that tall unless I'm on earth.
Speaking of earth, I keep getting these weird threats from some mortal names "Caleb" on earth. One said
"Mr. Apollo please meet me at the Devonshire rear so I can fight you."
Weird things like those. Hermes(the messenger god) even told me it was probably a joke. If I wanna fight this big guy I'll probably need some help. Cableb is The God of the Undergrounds sidekick. I'm not sure if I wanna mess with him or not.
Today I got another letter that if he defeats me than he can take my powers and my place of being a God. This must be my call to adventure and it won't be so boring around here. This is so much to think about like what if he actually defeats me? And TAKES MY PLACE? I shouldn't be so worried thought because no mortal can over power me.
This evening I will make my way down to earth and find the young sir 'Caleb.' One thing I will need is a mentor, or sidekick, or something!
"Your not actually going to do this nonsense are you?" Asked Zeus.
"What do you mean? There's nothing better else to do, and plus he can not defeat me." I replied. Zeus can probably be the most annoying brother.
"Just a warning, he's strong and he has some of Hades powers!"
Does he really think I won't win? "Yeah, yeah okay Zeus."
I haven't been down here in so long, and it seems like things have changed. There's something called technology and every where I look, someone's using it!
"HEY watch it bro!"
"Excuse me sir?" I asked politely.
"Oh I'm sorry should I say it louder? WATCH IT!" He screamed.
"I'll have you know I am Apollo, the sun God so you should watch it mister."
"Oh right like I'm going to believe that. Prove it?" He said.
"Come this way," I gestured towards an alley and he followed. I put some work into my magic and made light. He looked at me in disbelief and amazement.
"Well I greatly apologize!" He said.
I asked, "What's your name boy? You could be useful for me, and in return I shall grant you 2 wishes."
"My name is Nash. And I'm 16." He replied quickly and stern.
"Well Nash do you accept to help me?" He looked worried but I noticed he looked quite cool. He had a skateboard in his hand, he has bright blue eyes and light brown hair. He was pretty tall for a human.
"Yeah I guess." Nash said.
Now that I have someone to help me and show me around things should be a little easier to find Caleb. I asked Nash if he knew if anyone and he knew right away. I found out information that kind of made me nervous about this man. He mostly stays in Hades but when he comes to earth all he does is destroy and get Int trouble. Most people are afraid of him and dare to go near him. If he is in the underworld, how would I get there?
"Luckily for you, I know a little about hades and I've visited him before." Nash told me.
"Take me there" I demanded.
"It's not easy," Nash said "but alright."
We went to the bottom basement of the Empire State Building and Nash opened a door that led to dark blue goo. We went in and it smelt horrible. Something like dead fish and hamburgers. Nash told me that this is a very dangerous place to go. But I wasn't scared for some reason, just creeped out.
"We're in." Nash said.
