I was in school one day. I was having a test. The first thing I did, was put my name on the paper. It was a bunch of algebra, division, and multiplication stuff. I hope I did good. When the bell rang for lunch, I had a sandwich, and carrots. All the other people at my table had desserts with them. Next, was history. We learned about how big and long the ancient wall of China was, and so my teacher, Mrs. Savery, told us we have a project. We have to make the great wall of China out of materials. Here are the materials I have to use: Sand, glue, paper, and clay. So then I got to work. I heard a sound. It sounded like a wolf.

Mrs. Savery asked me, “Is everything okay?”. I must have spaced out, because the rest of the class was all lined up. I told Mrs. Savery I was fine. And got my stuff together, and lined up with the rest. It was recess. My best friend Elizabeth found me on the playground. She had black hair, blue eyes, and she was wearing a red shirt, and khaki shorts.

She asked me, “What was going on in history?”.

I said, “Nothing was wrong, except that I felt kinda weird.” So, when I got back from recess, it was time to pack up. So I grabbed my bookbag, and took it to my desk. But, OOPS, I had to wait until my teacher called me. So, I got in trouble by my teacher, Mrs. Sasone. So, I was embarrassed. Finally, I got called last. Next, my grandfather picked me up. Elizabeth said goodbye to me. So I waved back. When I was home, I felt something. My hair was a bit longer than usual. For some reason, yesterday I clipped my nails, and now, they are super long and sharp. My mom called me down for dinner.

I said, “One second.”. I had no idea what I was going to tell my mom about my sharp nails and long hair.

So, I just told her, “Mom, I’m not feeling well. I’m not hungry either.”

So, my Mom said, “Do you want me to come up and check your temperature?”

I said, “No, that’s okay.” It was finally night. I felt all tired during the day, but now, I felt all awakened and excited in the night. Next, I knew the sky had a full moon. I had the urge to jump outside the window. So, I did. I know I’m in eighth grade, and learned about safety in Ms. Rose’s class, but for some reason, I fell safely. I was only twenty feet off the ground. I only lived on the third floor of the hotel. I howled at the moon. Do you know how it feels to have someone making noise above you? That’s how I felt when I didn’t look like this or did these things. But now, it’s actually pretty soothing to me. I sounded like a timber wolf. Other timber wolves heard me. They came to me. I was frightened. But surprisingly, they didn’t attack me. I could understand what they were saying.

They said, “Come with us.”. Then, before I could answer, I heard my dad yell,

“Honey, turn off those lights before I come up there and get you in trouble.

I said, “Yes.” They led me to where they live. Surprisingly, I could run faster than usual. And then, about thirty minutes or so, we were there. It was a nice little cave. It was a family or timber wolves. The timber wolf who led me there’s name was Silver Wing. he was very handsome for a timber wolf. He told me that this was his family. He was the oldest. I was the oldest, too. There were four sisters. And four brothers.

The younger sister asked, “Who's this weird timber wolf.”

The younger brother timber wolf added, “Yeah, who is she?”

The Mom timber wolf named me Nightmare.

I asked, “What was your name?”

She said, “My name was Raven Teeth.” She introduced me to her husband, Ravenpaw. He was the chief. He had a very nice bed for me. But, I had to share with Silver Wing. I was fine with it.
