Surviving the Walker Brothers

Chapter Eight

I quickly grabbed my overnight bag and rushed down the stairs in time to see Noel talking to Mary. As if they noticed my presence they tuned to face me and Noel motioned for me to follow her. As we exited the house I looked at the expensive looking car sitting in the dirt driveway.

I was shocked. That car looked expensive. We drove out of the dusty driveway and into the town, I realised the houses were getting bigger and a lot more expensive looking. Finally we pulled up to a mansion.

"You might want to close your mouth, you'll catch flies" she said placing her hand under my chin and pushing it up. "Anyway the real beauty is on the inside".

She was right. Oh boy she was right. The inside was a masterpiece. With marble floors and pillars to a grand staircase. Just as I had finally taken in how exquisite this place is Noel grabbed my hand and ran off up the staircase pulling me along.

After a lot of twists and turns we ended up outside of a door. When she opened it I instantly knew it was hers, it just had a Noel kind of vibe to it. There was a giant four poster bed with pale purple covers on it, there was a large desk with a expensive looking computer on it, a nearly completely full bookshelf and two extra doors right next to eachother. Which I was guessing lead to an ensuite and walk in closet.

Within half an hour Charlie had arrived and how many times had she been here for her not to stand and stare at the masterpiece of a house. Not long after Charlie arrived we raided the pantry which was full of lollies and chocolate for some reason. According to Noel one of her dad's (yes Noel has two dads, they are gay) got a little too excited about her having another person to join her with the crazy sleepless nights as he likes to call them and went overboard with buying the snacks.

Soon they were settled in Noel's room with pizza, chips, soda and way too many lollies and chocolate. Watching a movie.

During the middle of the movie they heard a tapping on the window. At first they ignored it but it continued. Charlie being the brave one went to see what it was. No one was at the window. Strange. So they just continued with their movie thinking it was the wind.

About 15 minutes after the window tapping they started to hear their names being called from all over the room. Suddenly the door banged open and a person wearing black ran in grabbing Noel and running out with her screaming to let her go.

At this point holly and Charlie were pretty creeped out. And we're huddling together. Out of the corner of her eye Holly saw the curtain move. But the windows were closed. Getting up she slowly creeped over to the curtain and when she opened it the person behind it screamed out boo and the lights were turned on by another person, which, guessing by Charlie screaming "Xander you asshole" was Xander. The person who I later found out was Tyler that had scared the living daylights out of me was bent over laughing at us. Xander was rolling around on the floor with Charlie trying to kill him.

"So wait who took Noel?" I asked.
"Who do you think" Tyler said still hunched over laughing. Just saying his laugh was like a dying hyena.

"Don't worry about them" Xander explained, "they'll get back to us when their finished". I am not going to think about what they could be doing. (A/N I will leave what they're doing to your imagination).
