Draco POV ~
I jump out of bed realizing that the girls we saved would be out of the hospital today. After we came back we explained the conditions to everyone and we all decided to visit them. See as though everyone is wake we all get ready and run out to visit the girls. When we get to hospital wing we find the girls' still asleep with purple glowing all around them. "Madam Pomfrey are they supposed to have purple around them glowing?" She nodded and we all stepped towards the girls. Their beds were pushed together and they had locked fingers together. The light started glowing brighter and we all cover our eyes. "Where are we gin?" "Mione you look different!" "Omg you do too! This is creepy! Madam Pomfrey can we have a mirror please?" She nodded and they walked towards a mirror in the hall. They screamed together and stopped after seeing Harry. "Ladies remember the last time this happened? I told you both you weren't who you thought you were. Well Hermione your not a Granger and Ginny your not weasley." "I'm sorry professor I don't quite understand?" Ginny said. "You're real identities were to be revealed at the age of 17. Ginevra Weasley your real name is Arabella Vanessa Aries Gaunt. Hermione Granger your name is Briella madison Iris Gaunt. You girls are twins and have powerful magic. All will be explained after the sorting ceremony."
