Samantha's pov
*Blows car horn.* Me: "So, how did he take it?"
George: "Well, um...he ignored me. Like always."
Me: "Why doesn't he understand? Damn, it's not your fault George. It's who you are."
George: "I'm sayin'. He's being such a dick. He doesn't even know how I feel. Just by him putting me in this stupid boarding school alone, makes the situation even worse. I mean, common sense would tell him I'm surrounded by at least fifty percent of the same boys at my school. Troublemaking bastards."
Me: "Lol...I guess your dad wasn't thinking about that."
George: "Yeah, he's a moron. But anyways, what did your parents say?"
Me: "Well, surprisingly...they didn't care. I guess it's because of how they notice Kacine acting retarded, they just assumed I was too. ;-) "
George: "Lol...see yours are different from mine. And who's Kacine, again?"
Me: "The bitch I'm about to kill if she doesn't make her way out to my car." *Blows horn, again.*
George: "Um...?"
Me: "Lol. She's my best friend who has this crush on a girl named Taylor. Remember, now?"
George: "Ohhhh, yeah. That one. Now, I remember. ;-) "
Me: "Ha ha. Okay, well I'll text you later on today."
George: "Alright, bye hun."
Me: "Bye, Jr."
As I finished my conversation with George, Kacine came over and sat in the passenger's seat. "Hey." She said.
I raised an eyebrow. "You had me waiting for at least ten minutes, out here. What took you so long?" I asked.
She sighed. "I woke up late. I forgot to set my alarm." She said, miserably.
I connected my eyebrows in confusion, as I drove off onto the road. "That's not like Kacine. What's wrong with you?" I asked, a little concerned.
"My dad, that's what's wrong with me." She said, stressing.
"Whoa, what did he do?" I asked, a little interested.
"Being like an asshole. Last night he and my mom took us out to eat, right?" She began, as I nodded. "Well, this man decided to act like a 'strict' father, with priorities of keeping me away from Taylor all night. When we got home, I couldn't even give her a hug goodnight, before she left. He even asked her personal shit, that I don't even think was necessary." She said, angrily.
I raised an eyebrow. "Can you give me an example?" I asked, to get what she's trying to say a little more.
"Like, when he asked her if she ever thought about me sexually." She said, in annoyance.
"Wow, talk talk about nosy." I said. "Do you know why he asked that?" I asked her.
"No, not really." She said, simply.
"Hhmm, did Taylor answer him?" I asked.
"Yeah, but she was forced to tell him the truth." She informed me.
"Huh, maybe he was expecting her to tell him something other then the truth." I took a quick glance towards her. She had a confused expression. I sighed. "Basically, what I saying is. He's probably not comfortable with the idea of his only daughter having sex in the future. You know, that over protective father shit? He'll probably hit you with some dumb ass excuse. Like, he'll say something like you're still my little girl. Or you're too young, and all that other cliche shit, you see in the movies." I explained to her.
