Secrets by Nightlight

~Ramen~

     -As your eyes are shut, you can smell the aroma of food. Is that ramen? You roll over and fall onto the floor, you get up aching in pain and walk into the kitchen-

~Ymari's POV~

     "Oww... That stung. Who's cooking ramen, it smells delicious!!" I say in pain. "Itsa me, Ymari," Joon said soothingly. "I'm cooking ramen for all of us actually. I even made some for your dad later." "Cool, well hurry up I'm starving, and I'm sure everyone else is as well." I'd say grumpily. I pull out a stool and sit at our bar. Joon hands me an ice pack, "Thanks." I say in return. I put it on my head and start sketch out a new shirt design in my sketchbook while I wait.

~Joon's POV~

     In my head I'm thinking, why is Ymari so needy sometimes, gosh, well, not really, I don't even know anymore... I just need to add a bit more spice to the broth and I'll let that boil.  I hear a loud thud come from the living room. I look over and see Ymari on the floor, rubbing her head. She yells out if anyone is making ramen, I respond, trying to sound collected, "Itsa me, Ymari. I'm cooking ramen for all of us actually. I even made some for your dad later."  She said something back, but I zoned out. I admire Ymari, a lot, but I can't tell her how I feel. If she rejects me then this friendship would be awkward. I'd be in pain. I shake my head a bit, I grab an icepack out of the fridge. I hand it to her and keep cooking.

~Ymari's POV~

     "Is it done yeeeeetttt!?!? Joon it's been forever.... Hurry up before my stomach kills me!!" I complain. "Hold on it's almost done I just need to add the eggs on top... And done!", Joon responds with a smile. "Everyone get your butt's over here and eat! I didn't cook this for nothing." Everyone joined me at the bar and we ate. Everyone slurps their noodles so loudly, I just chew on them. Is that bad? Anyways, this ramen is so good, Joon needs to cook more often. I yawn loudly. Everyone turns their attention towards me. "You need something stinkbutt?" Noah jokes. "No I'm just more tired than usual, I don't know why though. I'll just get up and go to bed now I guess. Night guys." I walk drowsily towards mine and Lilu's room.

~Noah's POV~

Y'know stinkbutt, she's a pain sometimes, but she's okay. I just don't know what's been up with her recently. Ever since we moved here, she's been different. She seems off, being tired all the time, seems needier, well she always is in my opinion. But, what's up with her? Better keep paying attention and bothering her as usual.

~Lilu's POV~

     Hmmm, Ymari~Senpai...? I need to get her to a doctor honestly. I don't if everyone else can tell, but she's off. She seems like she caught mono or something. I better call up a doctor. "Yo, Joon, can I borrow your phone?" "Huh, you need to b-", Joon stops as I snatched the phone out of his hands. "Thanks!" I ring up Gaiser and ask the lady on the phone if a doctor can come visit our apartments. "Yeah I don't remember if mono is contagious or not, but can we get a doctor here?" "Sure we'll have a doctor sent over in a few hours," she responds. "Thank you, have a great evening," I say as I end the call. Hopefully, she's okay.
