Beep Beep Beep Beep.

I groaned and pulled my vibrating phone out from under my pillow, and turned off the alarm set for 6:30am. I woke up to a pounding headache, so I headed over to my drawer, pulled out my container of meds, and took an Advil for the pain.

I then went over to my dresser, got changed into a loose, yellow tee, tucked it into some jeans, and put on my basic flats.

I looked into he mirror and brushed my hair out. I pulled out my curling iron, and while I waited for it to heat up I put on my mascara, concealer, and a bit of brow stuff. When my curling iron was ready I did my hair, then lightly sprayed it with hairspray.

After I had brushed my teeth and packed my medication, I left for school in my car. My mom had already left for work that morning, so she wasn't there to make sure I had breakfast.

Normally Candace would drive me, but she had to get to school early for a project she had to work on.

When I got to school, I stepped out of my car and headed down the walkway to Eastern High. The high school I had been attending the past four years. It was march, so school would be over in just a few months. Awesome.

When I walked down the hallway to my locker, I saw the most gorgeous human being up ahead. Parker. Whew. Like I said before, he is really really attractive. His arm was wrapped around a tall skinny brunette, and he flirted with her. I chose to ignore him.

As I got closer, my heart beat rose higher and higher, until I realized he was leaning against my locker. Crap crap crap crap crap. He is standing in front of  my locker of all places. How awesome.

I stopped walking in the middle of the hallway and panicked. After a few moments I told myself to just get over it and get to my locker.

As I got closer, Parker removed his eyes from the brunette girl who blabbered on and on to him, and looked past her to me. Holy absolute moly. He is freaking looking at me.

I approached hesitantly and said "excuse me, sorry," as politely and nicely as possible.

Parker frowned at me but the girl who was talking to him stared at me with squinted eyes and rolled them.

"What did you say?" Parker said to me and crossed his arms.

I felt boiling hot and my face was probably reddening by the second. "I just need to get to my locker, please," I said quietly and looked to the floor. I couldn't handle his stare.

"Does it look like I care whose locker I'm standing in front of? I think you can wait your god damn turn." He looked me up and down and then turned to the girl beside him and started French kissing her right in front of me.

"Um, okay. I'm sorry..." I said so quietly I barely even heard myself. The five minute bell rang and it startled me.

Parker and his brunette French kissed each other one last time before he told her to meet her in the storage closet in the basement at lunch hour. Gross.

He then walked off and cleared his throat when he pushed past me. I fell back a little from the impact and he didn't even give me one last glance.

I was still for a moment before I quickly headed to my locker and opened it. I grabbed my binder and my textbook for English class and headed to my first class of the day.
