You got woken up by a knock on your door. Charles walked in. "I apologise for waking you so early, but we've got a lot to do." He walked out to leave you to get dressed. That morning you ate with Charles. He explained what was expected from today's training session. "It's practically just testing, to show yourself what you can do." You nodded. "Usually you will train for at least an hour every day. It will mainly be me helping you, but I can't gaurantee that I will be present all the time." Your heart sank at that. You weren't sure you could handle any less than Charles. He noticed your uneasy feeling. "Don't worry, everyone here is kind and understanding." You doubted that, but nodded.

After you had finished eating, you and Charles went outside. There was a large pause before Charles said "How long have you known that you can turn invisible?" You laughed. "Two seconds, how did you know?" He laughed aswell. "Okay, then. Do you mind trying it out?"

(Your POV)

Yeah, sure! I just don't know how. Now, now (Y/N). You need to calm down. Yes, calm. I'm going to let down my team. I'm going to be kicked out. Calm is what I am.

(Author's POV)

You started pacing. "(Y/N)!!!" You looked at him. He wrapped his arms around you in a comforting embrace. "Well done, I am so proud of you." You hugged back glancing at your ha-. You did it! You actually were invisible. It wore off as quickly as it came. "It isn't the best thing, but fear is what helps you."

You trained for another half hour. You were improving already. He said tomorrow it would be easier to train your whole group at the same time. You felt like he was bringing a new challenge everyday. But you were coping quite well.

(Charles' POV)

After (Y/N)'s first training session I went to talk to Erik. "I tell you, she's doing so well. Sometimes I think I might be pushing her too far, but she is coping immensely." Erik chuckled. "What was that for?" I asked

"Nothing, it's great to hear she's fitting in."

"I'm going to bring her with the rest tomorrow. Please, go easy on her."

"Okay, but I don't think it's me she's worrying about."

"what do you mean?"

"From what I've heard, her and Raven don't get along the best."

"Right, I'll speak with her. Thanks Erik"

"Anytime"
