Just One More Time.

It had been a good month since the day Jasmine saw Dean and it caused sleepless nights for the both of them to say the least. As much as she didn't want to think about him that seemed to be all she could do.

Jasmine had invited her close friends Tyler and Kayla over for lunch. While she cleaned up her open plan kitchen, her two friends sat on her couch sharing conversation.

"What's been wrong with you?" Looks like you've seen a ghost" Kayla asked

"It feels like I did" Jasmine muttered under her breath, putting the dishes away and making her way to the couch to join the others on the couch.

"You should have been there Kayla. It's been over a week I don't know why she's still acting like this. She bumped into that guy and seemed to lose all her common sense." Tyler said in a really animated fashion

"Why? Was he that attractive?" Kayla laughed

"For someone that hasn't dated in a while she sure has an eye for men. He was so hot!" Tyler taunted

"Did you talk to him?" Kayla asked staring at jasmine with a cheeky smile

"You guys wouldn't understand" jasmine shook her head wrapping herself tighter in her blanket.

"Uh , well then help me understand do you know him?" Tyler insisted

"It's not important"

"Oh come on jas just tell us" Kayla pleaded

"Alright. He's an old ex that's all" jasmine said brushing off her nosy friends

"You're lying and you already know you're not very good at telling lies" Tyler said with dissatisfaction

"I promise you he's just an ex and we had a bad break up. I guess you could say we never really broke up. He just ... he just left"

"Do you still have feelings for him" Tyler quickly asked

"I don't really want to talk about that"

"So you do have feelings for him?" Kayla said very confused with Jasmines answer

"I don't. I just wonder how he's doing sometimes. How did he get on without me? Is he still the same? Is he happy now?" Jasmine replied staring into space

"Jasmine i never knew you were so deep" Kayla said taking a deep breath

"Yeah I'm leaving this getting way to deep" Tyler said with a laugh that caused jasmine and Kayla to laugh too.

"Thank god you've eaten all my food" jasmine shot back cheekily pushing her friends out of her house.

Zico strolled into Deans personal music studio having not seen him for a while he wanted to check up on him. Dean sat in the spinny chair and spun from side to side in it glaring at the computer screen.

"Whoa you look like you've been hit by a bus"

"It feels like I have" Dean raspily muttered

"When was the last time you got a good nights sleep huh?"

"Last month?"

"That really isn't good for your health Hyuk. What the hell is up?"

"Seeing her made everything worse. I can't sleep because literally all I see is her face"

Zico sighed, took his hat off and threw his head back. For 6 years he's had to listen to Dean go on and on about Jasmine. At first he tried his best to help him, he understood how he was feeling but eventually it became irritating, he made his decision to leave and now he has to live with it.

"For god sake Hyuk, can you just fucking move on? It's been six whole fucking years and you're still losing sleep over the same decision you made. If you're not gonna do anything about it just forget it and move on with your life. Damn"

There was silence in the studio for a while after that. Zico felt slightly bad for blowing up on him but he needed it, it was only a matter of time before he did. Dean sat there in silence and finally stopped spinning in his chair. After spending some time in silence, Dean in deep thought finally spoke

"You're right Ji-ho. I'm gonna go see her"

"What? Don't be ridiculous Hyuk"

"No you're right. If I'm not going to do anything about it I should just move on, but I am going to do something about it. I'm going to see her"

"Come on you know nothing about her anymore. You've got no idea where she lives whether she's in a relationship or not. How could you possibly go and see her?"

Deans head turned the tiniest amount to face Zico. That small gesture said more than enough to Zico. They had been friends for so long that he could read him like a book.

"Tell me you didn't."

"Hyuk tell me you didn't do it"

"I've been thinking about doing this for a while so now I'm going to do it"

"Don't. If you know what's best for the both of you don't do it Hyuk. Did you see her that day? She looked happy, she's done something with herself that she couldn't do when she was with you. She's doing great without you she's finally happy."

"But I'm not! I just ... I just need to see her once, just speak to her once that's all."

He began putting his jacket and before Zico could react he ran out of the door shouting "I'll be back"
Zico couldn't help but feel like Dean was about to make a huge mistake and there was nothing he could do to stop his stubborn friend from doing it.
