Chapter 2: Meeting Jacob

Aria's POV:

The whole ride to the party I was weirdly anxious to get there, I don't know why I just was. When my mom pulled in the driveway I didn't believe it. The house was enormous and there were so many cars in the driveway and on the grass.

When we walked through the doors of the house people we already dancing, drinking, talking ya know the usual. There were some I guess you could say famous people. It was a lot of viners and youtube stars here that I couldn't keep track of who was and wasn't here.

Usually I don't act excited or nervous but tonight was different. I was freaking out there was a lot of people, I felt someone pull me into a side hug and I was confused until I realized it was my dad.

"Aria you made it princess, I wanted you to meet someone" he said grabbing my arm to guide me through the crowd. The next thing I knew my dad had brought me over to Jacob.

I was actually speechless for once in my life I felt like a dork. I was happy and freaking out. I never acted like this but wow. "Jacob, oh this is Aria my little baby" my dad said introducing us. I hit my dad's arm playfully. "stop dad" I said and my cheeks turned red.

I was so embarrassed my dad said I was his "little baby" in front of Jacob and my cheeks were red. "Hi I'm Jacob you might know me right?" He said chuckling and he smiled cheesy.

"Of course I know you the Jacob Whitesides" I giggled. I saw Jacob look at the ground and he smiled again. My dad patted my shoulder "you guys can talk or something" and then he made his way through the crowd and I watched him.

Jacob's POV:

As George introduced me to Aria I noticed how gorgeous she was I never saw a girl like her, she looked angelic. I was in love with her eyes they were this very glowing green color and I felt myself get lost in them.

I noticed that aria looked down, away from me and she was blushing. "So where are you from?" I said awkwardly making conversation. "Um here Calabasas, sorry I'm awkward" she giggled apologizing to me. "You're not awkward you're adorable" I replied.

I swore Arias eyes lit up. "so since you aren't touring or anything what are you gonna do? she asked me. I honestly didn't know what to tell her I wasn't sure yet. "work on music, my new EP" I said truthfully.

Now that the ice was broken in we were making conversation and I was really comfortable around her she seemed very easy to talk too. She was humble and easy going. I did like her but I couldn't give her the wrong impression that I was flirting with her.

Even though I was slightly flirting with her I had a girlfriend back home. I wasn't going to be unfaithful to her. "wanna talk somewhere else?" I asked her since it was loud in the room.

Aria's POV:

Jacob was really cute I had to admit I don't know how I never noticed before. I liked his brown hair and it was perfect. He had these two cute little freckles near his hairline and I loved them. His dark chocolate brown eyes made me melt and I thought his laugh was so fucking cute. his smile was to die for.

He was perfect I don't know, hard to believe he was real. I don't get it but I had a million thoughts and feelings about him. We talked for awhile and the more and more we hung around each other the more I liked him.

*4 hours Later*

"Aria I'm sorry but it's time to go" my mom shouted to me. I made a pouty face. "already? Jacob is pretty cool, fun to be around" I replied. I was walking over to my mom but Jacob pulled on my hand. "wait don't leave without giving me you number" he said flashing a cheesy smile.

I started to blush and I could feel my cheeks getting hot, I know for a fact Jacob saw it. "sure but I get your number right?" "of course" he said.

We traded phones then traded back and Jacob gave me a hug before we left the party... "Text you soon" Jacob called out and I nodded.
