The Hospital Visitors

Waking up in the hospital in the morning Regina still felt drained from Amelia's delivery. However her happy state was one of the things keeping her awake. Sidney had taken Amelia's first picture as he was one of the best photographer in town and Regina knew he would do an amazing job.

Regina and Sidney spent the early morning together bonding with their daughter and preparing for their trip home for the next day. Dr Whale wanted to make sure that both mother and daughter were fit enough before they went home as Amelia was couple of days early. However, today was going to be a busy day as a couple of visitors where expected. The first to visitor was Katherine. A light knock on the door was heard and Sidney went to open it to be greeted by Katherine who was holding a little pink gift bag with a pink balloon attached to it.
"Katherine nice to see you, please come in." Letting her in to the room Katherine walked in and placed her gift on Regina's bed side table.

"Oh Katherine you shouldn't have." Regina smiled at Katherine as she nodded in disagreement.

"Nonsense I wanted to." A soft cry was heard in the room which came from the cot. Reaching over Regina picked up Amelia who quickly settled back down in her mother's comfort.
" Regina she is beautiful, have you two decided on a name?" Katherine as she looked at how peaceful the baby slept in Regina's arms.
" Yes her name is Amelia Imani Mills-Glass." Sidney said as he gently rubbed his Daughter's head. The couple spoke throughout the late morning until the afternoon came and Katherine left for work and the couple thanked her for the little panda onsie she had gotten them.

The next visitor was Emma who came during her lunch break. " She is so cute I can't believe how tiny she is." Emma had gotten the chance to hold the Amelia. "How you guys feeling today?"

"Tried" they both said to Emma. " But happy." Sidney knew Regina was tried but Sidney hadn't slept the whole night. He couldn't stop worrying as he wanted to make sure the two ladies in his life were fine. As 3:00pm came around Henry had come to visit his mum and Sidney. Since meeting his little sister Henry couldn't wait to see her again but he also knew that Regina was going need a lot of help now from him and Sidney. Peaking his head around the door not wanting to disturb anyone Henry saw his mum in the middle of feeding Amelia and Sidney fast asleep on chair next to them. Feeling slight awkward about seeing his mum breast, Henry froze by the door unsure if he could enter. However, Regina noticed that someone else was in the room and looked towards the door, realising that Henry was there.

"Henry when did you get here?" Regina looked curiously at her son and then quickly remembered that she was still breast-feeding Amelia. Knowing this would be a little bit awkward for her 10 year old son, Regina gently pulled Amelia's hospital blanket over her shoulder. Covering her exposed breast. Henry however still remained at the door; Unsure if he should come in. "Henry darling you can come in." Smiling as her son slowly walked in, Henry placed his school bag on the floor and made his way to mother's side. " How was school today?" 

Signing Henry shrugged his shoulders. "It was okay, I got 73% in my Maths test today." Regina eyes lit up with Henry had said about his Maths test. She knew that Maths wasn't his strong point in class and was really happy that his hard work was paying off. " Henry that really good, I'm So proud of you." Trying to hid his smile Henry was glad his mum was happy with his test results. Amelia had fallen asleep again after her little meal and Regina quickly wrapped herself up. Placing Amelia on her shoulder without waking her up, Regina rubbed her tiny back to let out any trapped wind in her belly. Henry watched Regina rub the baby's back not really sure what she was doing until he heard a loud burp escape from the tiny bundle. Both shocked at the noise the little newborn produce, they both began to laugh after a moment. " Mia pardon you." Regina said through her giggles. Suddenly Henry dashed to his backpack. Pulling out Granny's present Henry placed it on the Hospital bed for Regina to open. " Mum open it, Its from Granny." 

Doing as he said Regina open the present. Pulling apart the paper revealed a pretty lilac blanket that had tiny flowers around it. " Aww this is really pretty. A new blanket for Mia." Slightly shocked and confused Henry looked at blanket. " Granny gave me this at the baby shower, How did she know you was having a girl?" Regina smiled at her Henry's question as the answer was simple.

"its a Werewolf thing Henry."

As the moments past Henry noticed that his mum was slowly drifting of to sleep. " Mum your falling asleep." Swiftly turning to face Henry Regina saw the worried face he had. " Henry it's okay, I'm fine just tried from yesterday that's all." Regina said cupping his cheek to reassure him. " What time is it Henry anyway it must be late you have school tomorrow." Pulling out his Digital wristwatch Henry read the time. " 5:00pm. Slightly shocked how the time flew by Regina  nudged Sidney. " Sidney wake up you need to take Henry Home for dinner." 

But Mum I'm not hungry yet and I want to stay with you and Sidney. Signing Henry knew that Regina wouldn't like his whining to stay a little longer but he knew once dinner was over he have to home which meant homework and bed. " Can't I stay here with you? your leaving tomorrow for home I can help...please mummy." Regina hated it when he did things like this, especially if it made her the bad guy. " Henry your bedtime is 8:30pm which is coming up and'you haven't had anything to eat. " Before Henry could ask again Sidney interrupted  him. " Henry lets give  your mum a little more rest okay." Giving Regina and the baby a quick kiss and picked up Henry's backpack. " Fine, bye Mum I'll see you tomorrow." with a quick kiss goodbye from Henry they were gone. However, after Regina checked Amelia was still asleep it wasn't long before Regina fell into a peace sleep herself.
