Chapter 4

Cole's POV

"L-Luke" I said stunned "yeah it's me and you should really put MY girlfriend down" he said tapping Ariana "she's not your girlfriend" I moved my body so Luke couldn't touch her

"who do you think told that guy to through her on the stairs and who do you think left the piece of glass on the stairs" Luke asked walking Round me

"YOU FUCKING DID THIS TO HER" I yelled at him "like I told you I'm her boyfriend" Luke said once again "C-Cole" Ariana coughed if pain "Shhh baby it'll be okay" I stroking her cheek "Watch your back Pendary" Luke said before disappearing

I ran toward Jill's house I ran strait for the door "Jill HELP" I yelled looking for her "Cole what is it I'm trying....."

She stopped on the stairs

Jill's POV

I walked out of my office upstairs when I herd Cole yell for me "Cole what is it I'm trying..." I stopped when I saw Cole covered in blood and a girl in his arms

"Cole what happened" I ran toward them "can help her please" Cole said with a tear "take her upstairs quick no one can find out"

When we got upstairs Cole placed this girl on the bed "hi what's your name" I tried to keep her awake I didn't know how much blood she lost "a-Ariana" she stuttered

"hello Ariana my name is Jill where does it hurt" I asked because she was coved in blood I didn't know where the cut was "m-my side.............there's something in my s-side"

with that I knew I couldn't have Cole in the room while I help her "Cole you can't be here.....you have to leave the room" I didn't want to tell him that but what choice did I have

"I'M NOT LEAVING HER" he yelled " Cole I'm not allowed to operate on a...." " h-he c-c-can stay" Ariana cut me off reaching for his hand "okay but Cole you have to help......and don't faint"

Cole laughed and walked over to Ariana and took her hand "Ariana this might hurt a little" I lifted her shirt just enough so I could see the her wound cause Cole was in the room

When I lifted her shirt up I saw the huge pice of glass in her side "Jill something's wrong Ariana's not wake anymore" Cole panicked

"I have to get the glass out she's losing to much blood....... Cole pass me the tray behind you" He grabbed the dish and held it above Ariana's stomach "just hold still Ariana don't move" I started to pull out the glass shard

Cole's POV

When Jill started to pull the glass out I was worried about Ariana she wasn't awake I didn't know what to think "Ariana please be alright Jill almost got the shard out" I whispered in her ear

The next thing I knew Jill had the glass out in the pan and DAM was it huge like fuck "Cole pass me the needle" Jill snapped me out of the trance

I picked it up but it was stuck to something "there like string or thread stuck to it" Jill just looked at me funny "really.....I didn't know" Jill said sarcastically

"well sorry 'miss know it all' I'm not a doctor" I passed her the needle and she wiped around the wound and like sewed her up like a stuffed animal

"I'm done" Jill said wiping sweat off her face why the hell was she wiping sweat off her face she wasn't the one scared

"she lost a lot of blood Cole you have to let her rest" Jill explained to me "but she will wake up right?" I was worried I just met this girl and I think I-I love her

"Yes she will wake up but I'm not sure if it will be today or tomorrow or a week from now" my heart broke a little "can I stay in here for awhile alone"

She nodded and left the room I walked to Ariana and took her small cold hand "Ariana you can't hear me but please wake up please, please wake up because I-I love you"

Ariana's POV

Where am I? Why is it so bright? When did I change clothes? Last time I remember I was in Cole's arms and at some persons house.....

WAIT!! am I....dead "hello...can anyone hear me....I-I-I don't want to die" I screamed and all I heard was my echo "Ari stop screaming we can hear you"

I heard that voice before I turn around and see "Mom!" I run into her arms and cried a little we hugged and then I thought "wait no no no no no that means I'm dead" I pushed her away and dropped to my knees

"Not really" my cousins said "your in-between" my grandpa said "sweetie you have a choice you can come with us and be happy and stay with me or you could go back with your dad"

Did I want to stay with my mom I haven't seen her in forever and I missed her like crazy but if I stay won't be able to see Cole or my brothers again

"You should go back Cole will miss you he loves you" my cousin said....wait what "Cole doesn't love me we just met" they have to be lying right?

"You mean he doesn't love you so he carried you to a total strangers house to have her save you and stayed by your side and didn't leave"

He did? I don't remember anything did I say something to him "mom I need to go back" I turned around and see them floating away "it's not up to us sweetie it's you"

And they disappeared "what do you mean it's up to me I don't know how to get back" I screamed out for them "you know all you have to do is believe you have a life to live on earth and your still needed"

I jumped I thought they all left but it was my s-sister "Karlie your here too" I ran towards her "wait if you know how to get back then Why don't you? I mean you've been in a coma for like a month" I asked

"Ariana it's not that easy for me I love you Jonah and Seth but can't go back to the devil house not after what he did to me" dad did this to her

"I thought Seth said you fell down the stairs" she just turned away "Karlie" she wasn't listening "you should go back Seth and Jonah must be worried about you I mean your in the hospital the doctors might've told them your dead"

Does she not know "Seth and Jonah don't know where I am I'm with a...........a friend" how does she not know she's an angel she watches over me Right? Right!

"Wait.....what a friend do I know this friend" she's killing OMG "if I go you have to go back to your body too" I changed the subject cuz I mean she knows nothing

"Fine but I will not move back with dad I'm moving where ever you move" was she joking she can't stay with me Cole and.............wait what I'm not living in the IM5 house! am I?

"What ever dads totally out of my picture now I'm done with that bitch" I said walking back to where I first was when i got up there

I lade back down and closed my eyes and was thinking about all the reasons I needed to stay on earth "Seth and Jonah are my brothers I can't leave them with that devil

Karlie's coming back hopefully and most of all Cole and the rest of the IM5 boys care about me and I just met them and I think I'm in love with Cole
