New Girl In Town

          Skylar Parker recently moved to the rainy towm of Forks and she was not happy about it.Skylar considered herself the luckiest girl in the world, her dad was a well paid lawyer and her mom was a fashion designer , she lived in Pennsylvania with her younger sister Evelyn . At the age of 9 she knew her parents had gotten very distant , when Evelyn was only 5 and she 15 her parents had gotten divorced.Her mom managed as a single mother until she met Michael , they fell in love and now she was forced to move to her stepdads town , Forks.They were married and she was scarred.Even though they were living across the world from each other Skylar still had a strong relationship with her dad.But her stepdad Michael was always trying to buy her love with his mysterious money.Her nor her mom knew where Michael's money came from, he was unemployed but claimed to say his father was the creator of a car company and would often lend him money. Her mom believed Michael blindly ,Evelyn was too young to understand but she knew there was something fishy about Michael.

            Michael's and her mother,Tina's relationship caused her to be stepsisters with the popularity queen.Claudia was the daughter Tina wish she had.Skylar was never one to fit in with the crowd, she could'nt care less what people thought . She always  stuck to her sweatpants and cardigans.Skylar poked her head out the window as her new dad drived their family Ferrari.Her brown hair flew in the wind wildly.Skylar did not find herself  that attractive.She had a prominent jawline,chocolate brown hair and hazel eyes.She looked out the window and saw the sign that indicated they were now in Forks.She sighed,"Welcome to Forks"

             Edward knows Bella and his relationship is strained.When he asked Bella if there was something wrong , she reassured him saying all is good."I am tired"Bella fake yawns.It was 8:30 she never goes to bed this early."Alright , let's get you in bed" I told her."No, you have to go hunting " she explained. She would usually beg him to stay not go.Edward walked out of the house confused.He sped down the 403 hoping to catch Emmett in time for his and Rosalie's hunting trip.

             Bella felt horrible for cheating on Edward.He had done so much for her but she could not deny her feelings  for Jacob.She considered Edward's family her family.And she made a vow that once  she broke up with Edward, she would then go to Canada with Jacob forever leaving Edwards's life.

          Michael finally got to the new place he bought since there were now a lot of family members he had. He smiled at the thought of eating dinner with a family and going on a honeymoon with Tina.In all their relationship their seemed to be only one problem ,Skylar.He did not know why she was being so difficult.He had done everything in his power to make her happy, he bought her car that was waiting in their driveway as they pulled in.

     Skylar saw the car right when she got out of the car.It was a red corvette. She gasped and looked at Michael who was smirking at her."Who's is that?" she managed to choke out.Michael laughed at her and responded with a simple "Yours of course".

"Seriously?"

"Yup,enjoy kid"

        Michael threw the keys at her which she easily catched thanks to all her time practicing her favourite sport,football.Just like that, this absolute beauty was now in her posession.She was going for a drive right away.But she decided to go somewhere even better,"Evie let's go get ice cream!"she yelled across the driveway to her.At that, Evelyn came rushing  outside but so did her mom."Skylar why don't you take Claudia out with you too"Mom was always trying to get her to talk to Claudia.Skylar sighed"I rather not go with Satan in a wig."With that she opened her car , it had sleek black leather seats.Evie placed herself in the backseat and they buckled up.Skylar took out the GPS and searched the way to the nearest  ice cream store and they happily rode there.

            Evelyn decided to get strawberry ice cream since she was obsessed with pink and Skylar settled on some mint chocolate.They devoured their ice creams and then head to the park they saw on their way.Skylar was swinging Evie when her mind decided to wander off.She wondered how her school and the students who went their were like. After 30 minutes of constant swinging she told Evie that it was time to go home, Evie obeyed at once she knew how hard the divorce might have been for Skylar and so she never wanted to push her too far."Okay Sky, let me go on the slide one more time "At this point it was late twilight.Skylar looked at Evie going down the slide, she knew Evie would fit in at Forks just fine.But what about her?She sighed and put her chin on her knees and contemplated settling in a new school in the middle of the semester.She knew she would'nt have to wait long to see how her school looked like.She and Claudia were going to the same school just tomorrow and she had to go home and pack.So she got up from the park bench she was seated on and went to her new car with Evie running behind her.

        They got to Skylars corvette and rode in the dark with One Direction playing in the background.Evelyn enjoyed the song , she started off humming it and then bursted into a full throated sing.Skylar laughed at her sister who for sure sounded like a wounded aardvark trying to sing.Skylar unlocked the door to their very own house and looked inside.It had a very spaced out living room and her mom had already managed to get everything inside and placed where it should be.This was actually looking like a home.She went upstairs to her room which was a sky blue , her favourite colour. She unpacked her clothes and then got a cloth to wipe the dust off her new furniture.Her room was looking absolutely to her liking.She jumped on her bed and looked at the wall behind her bed, there was something missing.Her mom was snoring so loudly she could hear from her room. Skylar grabbed a black marker and wrote in her favourite font "Light up the Sky" because that was her favourit quote and she wanted to personalize her room. Skylar packed her books in her bag , put her phone on charging and took out her clothes.She planned on wearing a tight dark blue blouse and black pants , she would not usually wear something quite this formal but she might aswell make a good impression on her teachers since she was starting in the middle of march.She prayed that school went okay in the morning.Sadly, her day turned out the exact opposite.
